Located in the Seasons resort, this single-story villa with private pool is a real gem. With a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this beautiful home can easily sleep 8 people. As you enter the villa, you’ll walk straight onto the tiled hallway. There is a formal living room with white furniture and a TV. This is a great place to have an intimate conversation with others or to watch some TV away from the others. Immediately behind the formal living room is the all-white dining suite, which seats up to 6 people. As you continue down the hallway, you’ll pass the L-shaped kitchen on your right. It has white cabinets, modern appliances, and plenty of workspace to prepare any meal. The kitchen also overlooks the informal dining area, which is a great, casual place to sit down and grab a bite to eat. Just off the dining area is the second living room. It has 2 large leather sofas and an entertainment center with a large flat screen TV, The first bedroom is the master bedroom, which has chunky, ornate furniture, a king-size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has another king-size bed and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 also have their own TV. Access to the pool area is via the sliding doors in the living room. The large screened-in pool area is perfect for a day in the sun. There’s a gazebo in one corner where you can escape the sun and sit on the comfortable patio chair. Alternatively, you can catch some sun on of the loungers. Enjoy a game of pool? The garage has a pool table as well laundry facilities (washer and dryer).

Seasons Kissimmee is a quiet resort community of 71 well maintained vacation homes and villas. It is located approximately 5 miles from Epcot in the Walt Disney World Resort. Seasons is located south of Orlando on US 192 east just behind Medieval Times and close to Wal-Mart. The local attraction Old Town Kissimmee is also located just 5 minutes away. Other major attractions in proximity to the Seasons villas include Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios. Major shopping and restaurants can be found up and down the US 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial corridor located approximately 0.9 miles away. The resort community is well located and maintained.
