Damage Waiver — Optional.

For a small, one-time, non-refundable fee, you can add extra protection against minor accidental damage that may occur during your stay. This option helps cover unexpected repair or replacement costs, so you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about small accidents.



Safety Deposit

Alternatively, you may choose a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your bank or card provider.



Our goal is to make your stay as smooth and worry-free as possible while helping us keep the property in great condition for every guest.

To make your arrival smooth, we provide the following starter items:

- 2 dishwasher detergent pods

- 1 bottle of liquid dish soap

- 1 roll of paper towels

- 2 extra trash bags

- 1 small soap + shampoo/conditioner set per bathroom

- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

- 1 laundry detergent pack

- Salt, pepper, sugar, and cooking oil

- 1 washcloth per guest (available upon request)



For your comfort, we recommend visiting a nearby supermarket to restock for longer stays.



Other Things to Note:

📌 House Rules



🚭 No Smoking Indoors— $2,500 fine + costs for odor removal.



💧 Pool Care: Keep the pool clean — $1,500 fine if violated.



🗑️ Trash & Recycling: Please use proper bins — $1,000 cleaning fee if ignored.



🎉 No Parties or Events: $150 fine; guests may be asked to vacate without refund.



🧳 Late Check-out Fee: $150 (after 10:00 AM without prior approval).



Security & Noise Monitoring

For the safety and comfort of our guests and neighbors, this property is equipped with:

Exterior cameras at the front doorbell, driveway, and side of the house — for outdoor monitoring only. There are no cameras inside the property.

A noise monitoring sensor inside the property to ensure compliance with community quiet hours and local noise ordinances. This device monitors sound levels only — no audio is recorded.
