We had a wonderful time in Orlando, the location was very convenient, making it easy to get out and enjoy the surrounding area, especially universal studios, SeaWorld, aquatica, and discovery cove.The unit is quite spacious, clean, and well stocked. The amenities were fantastic, we especially loved spending time by the beautiful pool, and having access to a fitness center was also a bonus.Would definitely rent again, highly recommended by our family.

We stayed for 4 nights for AAU volleyball nationals. Room was within walking distance to the convention center (15 minute walk to north) and only a few minutes to the pool. Room was nice and had cold AC which was nice. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was the perfect proximity to all the universal parks! It was also very spacious!If I were the property owners I would have a convo with whoever cleans the property, because that left quite a bit to be desired. We also tried to vacuum while we were there and it was so clogged with hair, that it wouldn’t pick anything up. And there were two hair dryers, 1 had what I’m assuming is a European plug and the other would turn on but not get hot. Otherwise, we felt the place was great for our family, and I appreciated the laundry and dish washer supplies.

Great place to stay!

Nice neighborhood, close to everything in Orlando. We cooked every day and the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed. Comfy, clean spot.

The unit itself was spacious and the vista Cay property was well maintained. However, upon arrival our towels and bed linens were wet on the beds. After connecting with the company, there was no resolution until the next day. We had to dry everything before we could go to bed after traveling 12 hours to get there. The carpet had stains and the kitchen cabinets stuck. we would not choose Villa Direct again.

We travel for work and this place was great! The property was amazing and process was fast and simple. property owners went above and beyond. Thanks for accommodating us.

Great location. Close to all attractions.

Loved the facilities and how quiet they were. Only downside is that we didn't have keys to the pool area but out contact at the welcome center was very helpful in getting them for us. Would stay there again the next time we come down.

Review

Location was perfect for Disney and the Convention center (Universal as well) The size of the place was perfect for our family of 5 and I found it to be a great value. The dishwasher was unfortunately broken and the place could use some small updates (televisions, carpet, etc.) Would consider staying again based on location and value.

Amazing!!!!

This property exceeded all of our expectations! The property was super clean, extremely well taken care of. My only suggestion would be more kitchen items. The beds were luxury hotel quality.

Absolutely Perfect!

The property was wonderful! Clean and inviting as soon as we walked in. Quiet and close to the convention center. I had a problem with a television not working and maintenence was there very quickly. I will stay here again if I go back for another conference. Thank you!

Great Spring Getaway

Everything went as expected, no surprises! Condo was clean, spacious, and convenient to everything one would want to do in/around Disney/Universal! Would rent again in a heartbeat 🙂
