We are proud to invite discerning guests to vacation at our executive style, model home situated in the quiet location of 'Whispering Oaks'.

Please Note: Pool/Spa Heat is included

Our beautiful fully air conditioned, 4 bedroom, two bathroom, single storey pool home is located in a quiet residential area, just a short north westerly drive from the popular town of Kissimmee. Built on an over sized plot, our home offers the 'Best of Both Worlds'. Guests may relax on the private pool terrace area, which is screened for your protection from insects, and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the unspoilt open countryside. Take a refreshing swim in our sparkling, heated pool, pamper yourself in the invigorating Jacuzzi, or just snooze on one of the sun loungers provided.

The host Terry is always available by text or email. He is very responsive and polite. This is our second stay at this beautiful villaThe villa is clean inside and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped to prepare meals. The pool was nice and warm, very clean too!The laundry facilities were very welcome. The check in and out process were seamlessWe would highly recommend this Villa to a couple, family or generational family

The house was great- everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and all the basics are provided in advance. Terry did a great job of making sure the house is user-friendly with notes and QR codes. The kids especially appreciated the pool and spa- they are heated perfectly. They were even out swimming in cooler temps. 20-30 mins to Disney and Universal.

Location was private and quiet. Close to restaurants and theme parks. The heated pool and hot tub were great. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would use again if we ever go back to Kissimmee.

Hot tub doesn't work even after someone showed up on the third day we were there to fix it. Thick dust caked everywhere, lamps, blinds, fans, appliances etc. Extremely low flying jets directly overhead on occasion we're deafening. Location was decent and hard as private as Florida yards get for the most part. Neighbors are edgy due to a bad experience at this house and spy on you often so that takes away from the perception of privacy and kept us from being able to fully relax.

Property was clean and affordable. Pool area was fantastic. Everything about the property was great but the best part is the owner. We had our own travel problems and Terry helped us out in a way that went over and beyond. Honestly this was the best home rental I have ever done. 10 stars from us!!

We had an awesome stay at this villa for our honeymoon/family vacation to Orlando. The villa is very well kept, the heated pool is great, although the deep end is very deep. The rear view is beautiful and the sun is overhead until until late afternoon at which point there is a nice bit of shade. Terry was good with his communication with us. The villa has 4 good sized bedrooms and also 2 places to sit and eat, 3 if you include the poolside table. The area is more residential, but it’s lovely and quiet and we even spoke to a few of the neighbours. It feels very safe and we went for a couple of walks to explore the area. There are shops and restaurants within 5 mins drive, the Disney parks are around 20 mins. We loved our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is very comfortable, and is furnished with everything you need for a great visit. We didn’t use the golf clubs or bikes, but they were available if we needed them. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was very relaxing and private. Terry checked in with us throughout our trip to make sure everything was ok, excellent and fast communication. The house was very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and host to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Relaxing Oasis

This was such a comfortable house to stay in! It was just as advertised. The pool area was heaven! The neighborhood was so quiet. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to rent again. Terry was a fabulous host and very quick to respond. About a half hour from Universal and about 20 minutes from SeaWorld. I’ve already recommended this house to family and friends! You won’t be disappointed!!

Great Quiet Getaway

This house was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the yard was fenced on both sides so there was privacy and peace and quiet while relaxing at pool. Owners were great with quick communication. Kitchen was clean with updated appliances and stocked with anything you may need. We will be back for sure next vacation!!

Why are you still looking? Stay here!

I cannot say enough good things about this property, and Terry the owner. Enough room for two families (six beds) contemporary furnishings, modern kitchen complete with all amenities, and wow, that heated pool and hot tub! Nice quiet neighborhood, owner very responsive to all your needs, and scan codes throughout the house to help you. We could only stay three nights, next time it will be three weeks!

Third time at this villa

We've visited Florida about 12 times now and have stayed at this villa the last 3 times, wish we'd found it earlier.Super villa in an excellent location, very easy access to all types of shopping and easy access to parks and attractions.In a quiet area and very good privacy.We'll be booking our fourth stay as soon as we can.Host is superb with all the information easily explained and is very hospitable.Thanks again Terry

President's Day Trip

This lovely home is located in an older housing community. We were pleasantly surprised when we drove up to the home. It is well kept up and catches your attention when you see it! When we entered the home, everything was clean and it instantly felt like "home". The layout was awesome! Pool area was so cute!! A smaller pool with a hot tub. Cute eating area and the view out the back was beautiful! We got to watch squirrels, bunnies, and lots of birds, especially cardinals.My favorite part of the home was the shower in the master bath!! I think out of all the homes we've rented in FLA, this was my favorite shower!!! If you are looking for a home for your next Central FLA vacation, my husband & I highly suggest you check this one out!!
