Great stay!

Great place to stay- the property was as described, spacious, clean, and perfect for 5 people with all teenagers getting their own room. Loved the fact that we could use the private pool or go to the main pool. Extremely close to club house and amenities. Property was quiet, and peaceful despite the proximity to the club house and basketball courts. If I had to complain about anything, it would only be that there was NOTHING extra in the kitchen as far as salt and pepper, or bowls to put any leftovers in. Not a big deal, I just have never stayed in a vrbo that had nothing. So we ended up getting all the things we needed in a grocery run. Location was super convenient to the parks, shopping and stores. Would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend.

Would recommend, our booked house was changed last minute due to a plumbing issue, but we were seemlessly moved to a bigger house with pool heating thrown in. No complaints.

House was nice but air conditioning is not good

The house was nice, the pool was small but great for our granddaughter and it was a great location next to the club house and main pool. We had our pool heated and temp was great. Some of the furniture like the couch was replaced. I know a lot of reviews mentioned the couch was peeling but it has been replaced. However I don’t think we would stay here again because the air conditioning is set to a certain temp and it was not comfortable sleeping at night. Way to warm especially after being out in the heat all day. The sign said if we changed the temp and it froze, we would be charged.

Fun Stay!

It was a fun weekend! The property was spacious, and the area was very pretty. My only concerns were about the AC not cooling the whole house at night as it got very hot, and the check out process was very vague/not listed? The information book may also need to be updated as the information listed was very dated, i.e. Wet n Wild was still listed as an attraction nearby. Otherwise, I enjoyed spending a weekend away with my friends and family.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus war sehr sauber, Einrichtung gut gepflegt, ausreichend Platz für alle und eine tolle Umgebung. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Einchecken war wirklich sehr unkompliziert und die Betreuung sehr gut.

The property was ok! The appliances (stove) were not working properly at times. Also, no toaster was provided, no dish towels for hand washing dishes! I’ve stayed at 3 places in Paradise Palms! All were great!!

Living room couch needs to be replaced.

The couch in the living room needs to be replaced. It is peeling and sticks to your clothes and or any items you place on the couch. The chairs to the dining table have been replaced. One of the upstairs room has a small hole in the wall which i have pictures of. One of the knives is completely broken and is a huge risk of an accident. The house was clean but under the living room couch you can see all of the peelings from the leather. It is over used and very very unsanitary. I tried to change my sons diaper on the couch and it was imposible because the peelings would get into the new diaper and make the diaper changing process longer than in should. The stove doesn’t work well so heavy cooking (frying) will not happen. Also it definir doesn’t work well if the oven is on. There is no broom to sweep in case of a mess and the garbage disposal plus the sink stopper had issues

Great stay!

My family and I stayed at this property for my moms 60th birthday. We were able to reserve the community movie theater to show my mom a slideshow we made, the private swimming pool was amazing because we were able to avoid the crowds at the community pool. The home is spacious and the layout is perfect. The only negative-ish thing I would mention is that the couch is worn down and the leather is breaking down which left black leather specs on anyone that sat on it.

It’s ok

The couch badly needs to be replaced. Wifi sucked. We had to buy a broom as there was none. Marks on TVs and walls it was ok but I have stay at better. I feel with the couch flakes on my clothes there should be a discount somewhere.

Enjoyed but needs update and cleaned better.

Clubhouse and pool area amazing! Condo itself so so, couches are out dated and leave black flaky stuff all over your clothes and skin, not a deal breaker but not enjoyable to use at all. Beds are very firm so be careful if you need something softer, not enjoyable to sleep on. Carpet on the rough side. Kitchen, bathrooms and private pool area overall good. Laundry nice to have, would be nice to have a grill on the back patio as well as a griddle in the kitchen but for the price not to bad of a deal. Location is right next to the clubhouse so that alone is a big bonus.

Tired property

Furniture in living and dining room old, worn, exposed muslin fabric under peeling vinyl. Air condition only goes to 72 degrees, no fans or ceiling fans in house. Towels limited, small and thin, very few wash cloths. Sheets not soft. Dishes, silverware, towels mismatched and old. Neighbors smoked marijuana, so bad smell outside by backyard pool. Pool nice at condo (paid for heating it), community pool nice but crowded.

We had a wonderful time!

We had a great time at this property. Staff were friendly, swimming was fun. Only issues was the mess the white chairs makes the fake leather was peeling.

Would stay again

Very much enjoyed this property. I would suggest some new lamps in every room except living room. They were in poor shape and provided little light. There are no ceiling fans in this property, so if you desire airflow while resting, bring a portable.

Until upgraded dont go

Dealing with VRBO they were easy.But the property was horrible water leaked threw ceiling in light fixture in the kitchen when u washed clothes so we had to stop washing . The furniture was old nothing like the picture. I had to sweep the floor the baseboards were dirty ,carpet need cleaning I wish I could post my pictures I took. They had old leather furniture shedding all over floor no bath towels only 1 and they give u 2 rolls of tissue. The amount for the cleaning fee isnt worth they are doing a horrible job. Wish I could've viewed the actual property first the pictures are old that furniture needs to be threw out. But check in was very easy and the people was great.

Great location but tired

Excellent location - the property furnishings are a little tired. Carpet worn, chairs worn; we had to place towels on the chairs before sitting on them - several of the dishes were chipped. Again location is great lay out of the property is really nice.

Overall excellent!

Left a summary of items on checkout sheet of issues. Check in wasn’t satisfactory- no notification Was received until we arrived at property then had us drive to another location. WiFi was on/off. Someone parked in our designated spot but there were other spots available. Location and everything else was excellent!

Relaxed getaway

The house was very clean. Of course you will have the wear and tear of a rental property when it comes to furniture. The kids had a great time and I love that we have the pool right in the back yard. I will be staying here for future trips!
