Rental Policies
Check-in: 4:00 PM / check-out: 10:00 AM
Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate

Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking

Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Cheer trip.

The property overall was pretty great. The house was clean. Beds were comfortable. Very close to an entrance to the neighborhood and the grocery store. There were a few minor issues. The AC leaked in the game room which caused a mold smell making the room unusable. The managing company did try to clean it but it was only temporary. The listing also said there was a grill but there wasn't. After emailed back and forth with the managing company, they dropped a grill off for us to use. Overall the stay was great! I'd book again
