Quiet SandyRidge home near all major Disney attractions. Come enjoy this beautiful home that feels like you’re at home. pool/spa ($35 -50 a night for heated) and patio to enjoy with the family. Comfy beds, open kitchen space to cook and entertain family at the same time. Wi-Fi, Netflix and Roku to keep you occupied in your downtime. No Neighbors to disturb you relaxing on the patio. 20 minutes to all major parks with good traffic. 30 min to Mco airport. We have a ton of nice restaurants in area; Longhorn, Chili’s, apple bees, Miller Ale, Olive Garden and 4 corners bar and grill. 3 min away from Publix and Aldi grocery store for all your shopping needs. Hospital, fire department, and police near by. Lovely neighborhood to enjoy your visit in Florida.

Our family came to stay for 3 days. House was a decent size for a family of 6. Really good spot for the price. However the place could of used a deep clean. Floors had hair on them, shower curtin wasn't clean. Coffee maker doesn't work and only 1/2 the toaster worked. Did not find cleaning supplies to make my stay any better. We made the best of it

Very spacious plenty of room, the pool and spa were great for the adults to soak in after a long day at the parks while the kids got some extra fun! Host was very responsive and quick with replies.

The place definitely needed some attention. Not stocked at all with basic necessities like toilet paper or paper towels, and minor broken/not clean areas. Not a horrible place to stay for the price, but I wouldn’t return to this location.

Just what we needed

Was pretty clean, though the pool could use a scrub on the bottom. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the pool/spa controls and we couldn’t get the pool light to turn on, but it wasn’t the end of the world and didn’t bother us enough to contact the host. Would stay again.

Didn't know I was a maid

Walked in to dirt on the floors, a bag of trash in the kitchen, a broken piece of glass on the floor. Master suite had hair in the bed,on the floor, a used washcloth hanging in the shower. Other bathrooms dirty, hairy. Called partial job was done. Called host again was called a list and told to leave by the morning. She then changed her mind. By far the worst house I have stayed in for cleanliness. As I cleaned it after the cleaning lady was there. The host told me that I was an inconvenience for contacting her due to the fact she was on spring break with her children. The house didn't have any extra trash bags, toilet paper. So I replaced the toilet paper myself. The pool was warm which we paid extra for but the hot tub didn't feel much warmer. Definitely needs a deep clean.

There was cars from other houses parked in the front yard the whole time not very private! The houses were on top of each other! Watch the instructions, There’s a jacuzzi included but you have to pay for the owner to heat it before arriving and it costs extra! The code to get into the house is 4 numbers with the pound sign included. The owner didn’t specify that. The fire alarm kept chirping because the battery was low. I was instructed just to take it dow?!?!?

Nice home to stay with family. Lots of room. Location was ideal for the day trips that we took to Orlando and Tampa but traffic was always an issue and added more time to our travels(which is to be expected I suppose)The only issues we had were paying extra for pool heater, the house itself could’ve been cleaner. I would suggest a deep clean more often and there was a security camera on the back porch in pool area that I wasn’t aware of in the beginning which made me feel like I was being watched.

Great location

About 20 minutes from Disney properties, near several grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. But back in a neighborhood. Nice to come back after a long day at the parks and not be on top of each other like when you stay at a hotel.

Nice house in cozy neighborhood

The house is very spacious compared to how it looks from outside. I’m a wheelchair user and I had little to no problems once I got inside the home. Everything looked pretty clean and the house served its purpose for the time being. I had a lil trouble squeezing out to the pool area but I managed to do so in my wheelchair. The cell service was a bit spotty but I was on vacation so who cares lol. I didn’t like that other people were parking in front of the house while we were there but I guess that’s something that this neighborhood is use to. Other than that it was a pretty good place to relax.

Family Disney Vacation

Beautiful house definitely home away from home… as advertised! The setup of this house worked out perfectly for our family. Our teenage daughter Who just graduated high school had the 2nd master suite and our nine year-old little boy had the Spider-Man room. The only thing I recommend for the bedrooms are plug-in nightlights so the kids can see at night if they need to use the bathroom. Other than that we had extra blankets and pillows in each room. The Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We went to the local Walmart and bought what we wanted. The bathrooms had everything we needed even extra towels for the pool. The Grill was a good size for our family size. We enjoyed using it😊 Locations to all theme parks are close by about 25-30mins…Just make sure you leave early because traffic can be horrendous!!! Traffic can easily go to 60mins.. Our entire stay there was a black van parked in front of the house making it a little tighter to come in the driveway which is small but other than that we had a great time! I will stay here again and I will recommend it to others.

I loved the way the house was set up with 2 separate Master bedrooms/bathrooms on opposite sides

We had a great stay, my only challenge was the parking. Driveway was open, but we have a huge truck and it was iffy getting in and out with all the cars parked along the street. It didn't really impact my stay - just had to listen to my husband crab about it when we left. Otherwise all was excellent.
