Would NOT Recommend
I would not recommend this property. My family and I travel to Orlando multiple times a year including Christmas. We waited until the last minute and this was few of the only places left close to the Reunion area which is typically where we stay. It all makes sense now. The neighborhood appears to have nice/luxury homes but the upkeep of the property/grounds needs help. A lot of partying, loud residents, cars parked all along the street. There was trash scattered all around the yard of the house, along with cigarette butts near the walkway area/entrance of the house. I noticed this was the case for alot of other homes near us. The cleanliness of the inside of the house was extremely poor. The walls had all sorts or random stains throughout the entire house, some of which could have been easily wiped off. I understand this is a rental property and wear and tear is expected, but there was chocolate smeared all along the top of the banister area going up the steps. The kitchen was nasty, spilled food left on the pantry floor, food stains all along the wall near the stove. Being that many families travel here with the intention of cooking, you would think at least they would provide decent cookware and items to use, WRONG. Items were old and over used. Two wine glasses, one was cracked. Pool and hot tub heat worked one day and was broken for the remainder of the 8 days which really sucked being that we payed for it and couldn’t even enjoy it. Dirty carpet leading upstairs and in the rooms. The stairway area is so badly stained, I mean it looks like this place hasn’t been painted in years. Half of the bathroom sinks didn’t work upstairs, and don’t plan on taking a bath in the master bath because the hot water won’t last long enough to fill it halfway. Pillows/linens were over stained, time for new ones. The cleaning lady was waiting outside of the house an hour and a half prior to the 10:00am checkout, which we officially were out of the property by 10:27am. Outdoor lounge chairs by the pool are worn out, wicker is visibly coming apart to the point where you wouldn’t want to sit in them. You get what you pay for, which this place was over priced due to the holiday. We have never been so disappointed with a stay in Orlando. Whoever owns/manages this place needs to do some serious revamping. If you are looking to have a nice, clean house to spend time in while not at the parks this is not the property for you. You will be disappointed.
