Welcome to our newest ChampionsGate Luxury Family home ready for your next holiday stay.
Enter this spacious beautiful family home to an open main floor floor plan with 2 story living area for an airy feeling. A perfect kitchen with stainless appliances, kitchen Island with 4 bar stools is available and stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy your favorite meal. This area looks out to the dining area with seating for 10 and a large living room area with large flat screen TV. Patio doors look out to the covered lanai with dining table and looks over to the inviting pool and spill over spa.
You have two bedrooms on the main floor as well. First as you enter the home there is a queen bedroom with a bathroom right outside the room with tub/shower combo.
The back of the home has the main floor master king suite with ensuite bath with a walk in shower. There is also a door out to the pool area off the bathroom.

Upstairs you are greeted with another seating lounge area with TV and foosball game and overlooks below to the living area downstairs.
Three bedrooms are found upstairs as well. First is the second Master King bedroom suite with ensuite bath with a separate tub as well as a walk in shower.
The other two bedrooms consist of a queen bedroom and another bedroom a unique Twin/King bunk as well as a twin trundle bed. Both of the bedrooms have a bathroom outside each bedroom with tub/shower combo.
Round all this out with a garage games room with pool table for hours of enjoyment.

With this rental in the Championsgate community you will have free access to 2 clubhouses with water parks, gym, restaurant and more.

Please inquire about the cost to add Pool/spa heat to your reservation. If you would like the Spillover spa heated then you do require to add Pool Heat.

BBQ Grill rentals are available for your stay and include propane and cleaning after your stay.

Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.
