We have bee travelling to this area 3 times a year for the last 13 years and have had some minor issues but none like this. There were 3 live cockroaches in the home, the kitchen sink wasn't hooked up to hot water and one of the main floor bedrooms had a leak and mold growing in the corner. He contact the management company, executive rentals 6 times and we were continually dismissed and felt that since they were paid we wern't important. Someone finally came after a week to spray but none of the other issues were addressed or looked at. We called a mold company to come in to look at the bedroom and they confirmed it was mold. 2 people in our party left after 4 days and stayed in a hotel as they were conerned since one of them had respiratory problems. We asked to be moved to another property and they said none were available but when you go into their website many showed availability in the same area. No professionalism with this company and very concerning on a health bases. Will not rent from them again.
