We were in town for our son’s wedding and had a wonderful time at Casa Winter Park. The house was perfect for our needs. It was well stocked, had many amenities, and comfortably housed all six of us. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a bonus! It is located on an access road near on a busy street, but it didn’t affect us at all. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great! We enjoyed the pool, the bedrooms were perfect for our crew, plenty of space to gather and enjoy time together.The only negative is that the house is on a heavily traveled main road among commercial business. However, once you open the door the property is amazing and private! We loved it and would rent again!

"I had a great experience renting this house. The property was clean, well maintained, and exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and everything I needed was close by. Inside/Out

The inside of this property is excellent being well appointed and equipped. The layout is also well designed.The outside has in my opinion one major issue- the gate to access the inner, more secure parking area. The gate is completely nonfunctional and honestly more trouble than its worth using. You have to hand open each side of this 2 piece swinging gate in opposite directions and prop them open with a brick or stone. Plus the latch to secure both sides is almost unusable. Some of the outside spotlights are out which is an easy fix. Traffic noise in the front bedrooms could be an issue for some however a 'white noise' sleeping device is provided to soften the impact.We would stay here again if the gate was completely replaced with a modern, code accessed, remote opener.

Fit our purposes

We looked for 3 bed, 3 bath with pool in Winter Park and this fit the bill perfectly. The house was well equipped, kitchen well stocked with newer appliances and dishes, pots, etc. Hair dryers available as well as washer, dryer, iron and iron board. The house was reasonably clean if you didn't look too closely. The beds were comfortable and the pool was greatly appreciated in the unseasonably hot weather. Overall, we were pleased with our choice and had a great stay. There was a bit of a leak problem on the showerhead and toilet in one of the bathrooms, and the floor of another shower was weirdly not grouted, but none of this affected our comfort, or we would have pursued this with the caretaker.

the place worked out perfectly for us.

Wedding Weekend

Casa Winter Park had everything we needed and more! Great location with shopping nearby and close to downtown Winter Park! So much space to accommodate our large family. Every bedroom has a en suite bathroom, perfect for privacy. The large family room, kitchen and pool/backyard was amazing to entertain family before and after the wedding.

Booked this VRBO as we were having a family get together. It was perfect for all our guests who stayed and those who visited for the day. Perfect location and place for a Thanksgiving wknd stay! Each room had its own private bathroom which was very nice for our family. Kitchen was stocked for us to prepare a nice meal on the holiday. Juan’s property is beautiful, with high end appliances and furnishings and every possible thing you might need in the kitchen. The mattresses were all comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. We had 7 family members, with three generations aged 6-70 staying for my daughter’s wedding in Winter Park, so the well-equipped laundry room was a huge plus, as were the four bathrooms! Everyone enjoyed winding down in the beautiful backyard oasis and relaxing in the pool the day after the wedding. The property is right off a busy road, and there is some traffic noise, but it wasn’t extremely loud inside. It was nice being so close to Publix. The kids really enjoyed the artwork and learning to play dominoes! I would definitely recommend this property.
