The Space:
Welcome to this stunning luxury vacation home in the brand-new Doppio Westside community, just 15 minutes from Disney and surrounded by restaurants, markets, and stores. This newly built home features modern, high-end décor and spacious interiors, designed for comfort and style. The open-concept living space seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and living room, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and socializing. The spacious outdoor area offers a heatable private pool and lounge furniture, making it the ideal place to unwind after a long day at the parks.
The first floor includes a luxurious king suite, a laundry room, and a half bathroom for added convenience. On the second floor, you'll find two exquisite king suites along with two beautifully themed bedrooms that share a bathroom. The Harry Potter Wizarding Bedroom features two double beds, capturing the magic of the wizarding world, while the stylish Mickey Mouse Bedroom offers two single beds, perfect for kids and Disney lovers.
For a hassle-free stay, the home includes a laundry room, free WiFi, complimentary parking, and a welcome kit with essential kitchen and bathroom items for a smooth arrival. Please note that Doppio Westside is a brand-new community, and the clubhouse is still under construction, meaning no community amenities are available at this time.
This brand-new, stylish retreat is perfectly located near Disney and top attractions, offering a blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience for an unforgettable vacation experience!
Note: replenish of bathroom and kitchen amenities are the guest responsibility. Heating the pool is a paid service and there is also a fee charged to use the barbecue grill.

Doppio Westside is a brand-new community ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Disney parks, offering a fantastic location for visitors looking to experience the best of Orlando. While the community is still in development, the first phase is fully completed, ensuring that homes are not affected by nearby construction.
At this time, the community clubhouse is still under construction, meaning there are currently no available amenities. However, the excellent location more than makes up for it, with a variety of restaurants, stores, and markets just minutes away, providing everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.
One of the highlights of the area is Sunset Boulevard, a vibrant destination featuring a water park, diverse dining options, and entertainment venues, making it a great spot for families and travelers looking for fun beyond the theme parks.
