My family and I had a really good time when we stayed here. One thing that I did not like was that I had a medical emergency (major surgery) and the owner was not willing to refund any of my stay, but I also realize that I did not purchase their insurance. There were a few things that happened that required their staff to come out to the house. First our dryer stopped working, we also had an issue with cleanliness, we couldn’t find remote remotes for certain TVs because they were not in the correct rooms, and there were towels in the dryer from the previous guests.. We found old cereal in the house as well as other trash and medication’s. I think it could have been dangerous if my kids would have found it. Also, the furniture and fixtures were quite old and need some sprucing up. The house itself was really nice though and overall, the team was super responsive. Anytime we had questions within business hours they reached out to us within a couple of hours and had someone come over right away to fix the issue. I think some small updating and some attention to detail would really help but overall, I would definitely stay here again. I also wanted to mention that the pool was fantastic and very clean and also the heater worked fabulously. I have stayed with my family at other homes and no heater has been as good as the pool heater at this property. I look forward to booking with them again and appreciate their ability to resolve issues and send out help immediately. We had fun!
