The host is amazing! Daniel is very rapid to reply to texts and is extremely accommodating. The house is not perfect but is extremely spacious and very comfortable can’t wait to go back again! Parking is a bit tight but there is on street parking and the neighborhood are families and pet friendly! The home has 2 theme rooms for the kids and the beds are extremely comfortable not to mention the huge bathrooms. He also has a theater room for everyone. It’s actually like your own private movie theater! I woukd highly recommend this property.

We were not allowed early check in so that the property could be “properly cleaned.” Then we got in and there was trash under the sofas, rusted and dirty knives, and roaches (yes- plural) and ants. They did send the pest control people. Roaches were limited to the upstairs bathrooms and could be coming from the plumbing. We spent the whole week shaking out clothes and zipping up bags. It was an ok stay but would have been better bug free. The downstairs room plant had dead ants all on it. The home also has marks on the walls (which is fine) but serious water damage on kitchen ceiling and a moldy looking vent. Host never responded after checkout.

Very nice location/neighborhood but the home could definitely use a facelift to include basic things such a working lights in all the bedrooms, batteries for the tv remotes and better communication with the host which was very delayed.

The host or management company was the worst experience ever had. The amenities were poor, at best. When the management company was notified that the Televisions were not working, the pool heat was not working, and the smoke detectors that were present were chirping and some were completely missing. We were kicked out by Daniel from the management company. When we contacted VRBO to be relocated we were told they could not help us. We were left stranded without lodging with our senior family members and nephews. THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER USE VRBO AGAIN.

Home was in a beautiful area surrounded by easy access to shopping plazas . Host communicated efficiently no matter what time of day this we greatly appreciated . Home was stunning and very spacious and kid friendly . Home was extremely clean and equipped with game room would rent again

Unbelievable

Where do I start. First of all I was given two different addresses. One at the beginning of booking and another one a couple of days before check in. I decided to go to the last address that was given to me, thinking that this is the most recent address. Which it wasn’t. So after bout 20 minutes trying to put the code in to enter the house that we could not get into. We decided to try the first address that was given to me and low and behold the code worked. Its was hot and we wanted to get in and get unpacked and situated. Before we did that we did a walk through. The house was cleaned for mist part. The pool looked like it needed cleaning. Headed to the game room which was downstairs. Let me just say this. It wasn’t up to part. One of the pool sticks was broken in half. The dart game on the wall was disgusting and darts were broken. Big stain on the floor. Begin to checkout the arcade game system. Turned on the Ms. Pac-Man to see if it worked and it did but let me just say this. It was something inside the screen. Okay this is a 6 bedroom 5 bath. It was only 4 tvs and a projector in the movie room. It was only two TV’s that was working in the entire house. We couldn’t get the other tv’s to work for the whole entire stay. Was trying to contact the host several times. It was bad connection in the house. Final he called the second day to see how things was going. He said he was out at other properties. The conversation was short. Try to call him back but no answer.

Daughters college graduation

Drove in from Savannah for my daughter’s college graduation. 10 adults and 2 dogs and this house exceeded all my expectations. The bedrooms were clean and spacious and bathrooms fully stocked with all your basic needs. Kitchen had everything you need to cook a nice meal. Game room was fun and pool area spacious enough to entertain and swim without being so close to the water. Location was great lots of places to grab a meal and shop without getting on the major highways. Danny and his team were great with communication from staff to finish ensuring our time there was a good one. I will definitely book again with them. Thank you for a weekend to remember!!!

Perfect

Perfect size. More than enough room and i got it for nice price. It couldve had more amenities like an air fryer, cutting board or maybe a toaster. Then again they couldve been there and i overlooked them in the massive kitchen. I loved the house and the neighborhood. Hopefully i can rent it again!!

We really enjoyed our time at this wonderful spacious home the kids enjoyed the pool of course and the game room was very nice I played pool and pac man most of the time overall we loved our stay and will book with this property again

They got property listed as event allowed had a hard time getting family members in the gate had a small graduation party contact property manager he would not add people to the list he will only do 6 but listing say 25 attendees allowed he was rude told me he don’t want all them people in his house don’t recommend if your are having a event
