Ready to getaway?! This 4 bedroom/4.5 bath townhome in Solara Resort can sleep up to 8 guests and has everything you’ll need to enjoy a a well-deserved vacation.

Solara Resort is a new gated resort community at the center of all of Orlando’s exciting attractions. Located just a short 10 min drive from Walt Disney World, this stunning resort offers everything from a luxury clubhouse to expansive the clubhouse feature not only an expansive water complex.

THE SPACE:
Like your own resort retreat, the screened lanai has a relaxing dip pool and patio space with loungers. You can enjoy dining al fresco at the four-person patio table (with umbrella). The pool even has an extra protective screen around it to keep the little ones safe when the pool is not in use.
**Optional pool heat is available for $35/day + tax. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**

The interior boasts an open concept living space that includes a full equipped kitchen kitchen, dining room and living area.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts ample granite counter space, stainless steel appliances, easy to use amenities and views of the pool! The kitchen island area offers seating for four while also providing additional counter prep space. Just off the kitchen, the dining table offers seating for six.

The living room is a cozy, beautifully furnished space with comfortable couch, love seat and wingback chair. Settle in for a movie marathon or just enjoy screen-free, face-to-face time together.
*Upstairs, a loft area offers additional living space with a couch and its own flat-screen TV.*

The first bedroom features a king size bed and en suite bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is just as luxurious as the first, appointed with a platform king bed.

Bright and colorful, the third bedroom has two twin beds and fun Mickey Mouse décor.

Have a slumber party with the Minions in the fourth bedroom! This space is equipped with a full and twin size bed.

A Modern Stay

Overall the stay was extremely comfortable. Everything was ready and clean. For me the MOST important thing is the shower and the bed and those were exceptional. The only hiccup we had was hooking up the jacuzzi. I paid for it and the phone number that i called to have it turned on was great up until i actually wanted to use the jacuzzi, it didn't work, I called and the rep told me that they would have to come to the unit in 24-48hrs to see if it really didn't work. I couldn't use it even if I paid for it. But other than that it was great I loved the décor and the homeness of it all.

Do Not Use Casiola - Home was Filthy

Worst company ever! Home was filthy… pee down the toilet, crumbs all over the floor, hairs and stains on the towels, so much mildew in our shower there were bugs and dust everywhere (next level dust - like nothing I’ve ever seen) AND the vacuum didn’t work!! I emailed and called several times only to get promises of a cleaning service day after day that never showed. So disappointed. VRBO should be ashamed to do business with them.

My family needed a weekend get away to Disney. This home was a 10. Everything was excellent, clean and spacious. We were able to relax and enjoy the home and also enjoy the park. We will absolutely return ti this resort

Wonderful experience

The management company was great to work with. They responded promptly to my emails before our trip began. The property was in excellent condition (no need to communicate with the managers while there). The property is spacious and comfortable. No surprises. We felt safe and the community was quiet. Will likely rent here again.

Quiet and comfortable

My family enjoyed our stay here. The management company is extremely responsive and easy to work with. We ended up arriving early and were able to get an early check-in without any problem at all. The property has absolutely everything you need. Well stocked kitchen and everything in good repair. We found the property to be very clean with a few minor maintenance items that could use addressing (a burned out lightbulb and missing dustpan for example). The beds were comfortable, which is always important when you're traveling away from home! The only negative is that it's a 20 minute drive to each Disney park. This isn't really a negative bc you would spend that much time on a Disney bus and then walking to your room if you stayed on Disney property. At least here you pull up directly in front of your place. I would absolutely 100% stay here again!

Beautiful

We had an amazing time during our stay. The place was beautiful and updated. Very convenient to resort pool and amenities. However it did need a few more start up essentials. The nearest grocery store was 12-15 mins away and we did not have any wash cloths or sponges for the kitchen. Otherwise it was a great. Definitely would stay here again.

Good stay

We stayed in this beautiful property. But along they were some small problems. The refrigerator was leaking water all over the floor causing us to loose some food. We were reimbursed for it.The trash was only pick up only once while we where there. You had to place the trash out in front of the house and it was a very ugly site coming in and out the house. Call was told to call another number which I did but the office was closed. But all over all the home was beautiful.

Great location for families

This townhouse is in a great location with a quick walk to the pool and clubhouse. Very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We were at the Disney property in about 10 minutes. Great value for the place.

Perfect location, size & amenities!

We had a wonderful stay! This rental was in the perfect location for our trip to central Florida, was just the right size for our family of 6, and had amazing amenities for our teen and pre-teen sons! The home was clean, well-decorated, and well-appointed. We hope to return soon!
