This beautiful house is in the community of Veranda Palms, which is a gated community with a 24-hour staff. It is in an excellent location near the Disney World Parks, shops, restaurants, golf courses, etc. It has a Club House with Pool, Jacuzzi, Children's Water Park, hot tub, splash park, playground and fitness center. It is next to the Shingle Creek Preserve. There are several supermarkets and stores within 5 minutes, including Walmart, Sam's Club, Marshall, Target and many restaurants.
Your new vacation home has everything you'll need during your stay. Stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, washer and dryer, microwave, coffee maker, blender, kitchen utensils, etc.
The house has 4 rooms where 8 people can sleep. Some of the rooms are themed. In addition, the house has 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and most importantly its private pool. Also, it has a game room equipped with air conditioning and heater, for you to enjoy with your family. This game room has three normal size game tables (Pool Table, Soccer Game Table, Air Hockey Table, etc.). You will only be provided with basic initial supplies. We recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to pick up any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. 24 hours before your arrival, we will send you the indications of how to get to the house.
In addition, we will send you the door code so that you can enter without any problem whenever you want after the check-in time.
The house is used entirely by your family, 1546 Sq ft, all that space just for you and your family. Best of all it offers is that it is on one level, so you don't have to go up and down stairs, especially if you have small children. This property has built-in air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay. In addition, it includes its own private pool protected by a gate. The pool can be heated for an additional charge of US$40.00 per day, minimum the entire stay. Temperature will not exceed 80 to 90F. No refunds will be given.
