The east-facing pool area is especially appealing in the morning, creating an inviting place to begin the day with coffee beside the pool before heading out to Walt Disney World or another Orlando attraction. The spacious screened lanai and pool deck with outdoor patio furniture give everyone room to relax together and enjoy Florida's outdoor lifestyle.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to relax beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
