  • This stunning property provides everything you require for an unforgettable vacation! With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large screened swimming pool, it truly is the perfect retreat. The master bedroom boasts a generously sized US king bed with a recently purchased luxurious mattress, two nightstands, a clock radio, and a 32-inch smart TV. Sliding double patio doors open onto a covered porch, offering a breathtaking view of the pool that is sure to start your day off right. The master bedroom also features two walk-in closets, providing ample storage space, and leads to a stunning en suite bathroom. This bathroom includes an extra-large shower, separate his-and-hers vanity units, a Roman tub, and a separate toilet cubicle.

    The second bedroom is equipped with a newly purchased luxurious queen mattress, clock radio, and smart cable TV. Both of the remaining two bedrooms feature two twin beds each and share a luxurious family bathroom.

    This villa is fully equipped and furnished with all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay, including air conditioning, a washer and dryer, a refrigerator, smart TVs, high-speed internet, a telephone, a pool table, air hockey, utensils, and essential baby utilities like a crib, high chair, and stroller.

    The layout of this villa is truly exceptional, as most of the rooms open out onto the fully screened pool deck, ensuring easy access to the breathtaking pool area. For added safety, the pool is fenced off, making it suitable for families with young children. Outside, the villa offers an expansive pool deck and a covered lanai with a table, chairs, and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

    The Orange Tree community offers a tennis court, basketball court, large football field, and 2 children's playgrounds. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are only a few minutes drive away.

    - NOTE: There is an optional pool heat fee of $30/day or $200/week (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip)

Amazing!

So relaxing. The hot tub is amazing and the bed in the master is so comfortable (that is the only one I slept in). Communication with home owner is awesome. Would definitely stay again.

This home felt like home away from home for us. Our kids absolutely adored the pool and the themed bedrooms! Nice and clean when we checked in and Connie even accommodated us to check in early. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great family space close to all the attractions

Fantastic Villa to Stay

We had a fantastic time at the villa and in the local community. The villa was clean, spacious, and conveniently close to Disney, restaurants, and shops in a lovely neighborhood. Great villa

It was a second time we’ve stayed at this villa. We loved the oversized pool and the layout of the house. It’s perfect for a large family. Connie was very helpful and the process of checking in and out was very easy! There is everything you might need to cook etc. Overall great property!

Great villa

The villa was ideally located for Disney, Universal, and Kennedy. Pool/spa was great. When in USA, we feel like a villa is like coming home each day. This villa was excellent and Connie kept in touch and seems to genuinely care. Thank you Connie.

Definitely recommended! The house is beautiful, nice location in a nice neighborhood, the house is clean and spacious, large swimming pool, the owner is very friendly. The contact is good. Excellent Stay

Very clean, well kept and comfortable. Pool and hot tub are great. The location was fantastic, close to what you need, yet a very peaceful neighborhood. Property owner Connie was responsive and a pleasure to deal with, and her property manager David was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely villa

Amazing location, quiet neighbourhood lovely at Halloween for trick or treating. Easy to contact management agency for help if issues arise. We loved it that much we’ve booked another stay! Thanks Connie we look forward to returning in two years for our honey moon! :)

Family trip

Was a 3 generation trip to Disney and other attractions in the area. The house gave us room to spread out after a busy day. The kids loved the pool table and the pool with the toys. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for preparing our meals, was happy to have an airfryer. Connie was very responsive to any questions we had couldn’t ask for a better host

Very comfortable

The house had a very home like feeling. Plenty of utensils and cooking equipment for our stay. Easy drive to theme parks. Pool was a great size for the 5 of us with plenty of room to spare. Hot tub was perfect with the chilly weather. The firmness of the bed was perfect and i slept better there than in my own home. The property owner is fantastic and was very accomidating to our travel times. Would definetly stay at this property again on our next visit.

Villa in Clermont

My autustic son (28yrs) and my friend stayed at the villa for our holiday. The villa was clean and well presented. Beds very comfy. Kitchen came with all you could need. Pool an absolute godsend. Easy process to enter on arrival. Lovely clean neighbourhood. All in all I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic!

We had a great time at the property. Owner is very friendly and attentive to any needs or questions. There is not a single complain I can think of this property. The entire home is great. Amenities are appropriate - and pool and view... beautiful and peaceful. My wife and I come to Florida every year for long stays in November to visit with family and this beautiful home provided us with exactly what we needed. Thank you! We have already booked November 2024.

Great house, needs some deep cleaning

We rented this house for four adults and five kids. The house layout was perfect for what we needed. The pool area was great. Our only real complaint was at the house was really dirty and needed a deep clean. There were also lots of flies that flew into the pool screen, because there were tears in the screen. It would also be nice if there were ceiling fans in each room. They did provide other fans, but the ceiling fans would’ve been nice to help circulate the air. Overall, we had a great time at the house but the house needs a really good cleaning.

Well lived in rental, needs some updates. Pool and spa were ok but chairs and longers not so great,kids bed not so good but the king and queen were great . Comforter was stained rugs in master bath old and yucky, AC system needs updated weak . The photos of pool table and air hockey old ..the air hockey was usable but pool table not so much ...and pictures show inside house but they are actually in the garage with no ventilation or AC. With that said listing shows garage to park in but can't ..2 trash bags for a 3 day stay is crazy. It's says starter supply but it's the bare minimum. All in all for the price and location it was a great stay and we fully enjoyed it. Just wanted to put the above out there .

Just what we needed

This was a good location, about 20 minutes to the Disney parks. The house is very spacious. Upon arrival we noticed there was only one partial roll of toilet paper, no paper towels and no extra trash bags in the house. I let the owner know, and she offered to reimburse me if we had to come out of pocket for anything. Luckily we brought some items with us from home. We stayed at the parks as long as we could each night so were a little disappointed that the pool and hot tub heat does not work after 10pm and we could not enjoy that. One night we were home in time to use the heat for 30 minutes, and it was heavenly. The owner was very responsive to my questions before and during my stay. The check in was super easy. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect family villa

We stayed in August 2022 and had a really good time. The villa is perfectly located to all the main Orlando attractions and close to local amenities which was really convenient. The villa itself was very well presented with good sized bedrooms, living area and outdoor space. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were also plenty of towels, bed linen and pool toys for us. The pool itself was wonderful, my 3 children never wanted to get out and it was great to have the gate in place for my 2 year old. The only thing worth considering is that although the villa is for up to 8 people, there weren’t enough chairs outside for us a family of 5 to eat together. It would be nice to have more chairs but that’s a really minor point. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely look to rebook if we were travelling to Orlando in the future.

No Hurricane policy, that's just wrong!

Found a few bugs in kitchen and bathroom, one bathroom sink leaked under sink into floor the entire stay. Very upset about having to leave 4 days early due to the hurricane and there is no hurricane policy so I didn't get any money back on the days that we didn't stay there. Every time ive had to come back home to TN due to a hurricane I have gotten a partial refund but not this time so I will not be staying here again. So don't rent this house during hurricane season, you will lose your money!

Good spot to stay!

Overall a good spot to stay when in Orlando., On average about 25-45 min to parks depending on traffic and was close to Walmart, grocery store and restaurants. Property was clean, beds were comfortable and owner was quick to respond if any issue did arise.
