Our Disney themed home is a four-bedroom townhouse located within Paradise Palms Resort, less than 15 minutes from Disney and a short commute to Universal, the beach, and Orlando Airport!

Paradise Palms Resort is one of Kissimmee's leading resorts and offers a huge walk in pool with splash pad, tiki bar and restaurant, tennis and basketball courts, movie theater, playground, game room, convenience store, and more! The resort is gated and guarded 24/7.

Our unit consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. All four bedrooms include ceiling fans and two of the bathrooms have a shower/tub combo.

On the first floor we have the Animal Kingdom room with a plush king bed. Right outside is our Lion King bathroom with a stand up shower.

There is a fully functional kitchen with a dishwasher. Basic kitchen necessities are provided. The living room has a reclining couch and TV.

On the second floor we have our Magic Kingdom master bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a firm king size bed. The master bathroom has a tub/shower and a fun Haunted Mansion stretching room in the toilet room.

There is a washer and dryer located on the second floor.

The next bedroom is the Luca room! It has one full bed and twin bed with memory foam mattresses. Bed rails are available, parental discretion is advised. Additionally, there is a full size crib located in this room with crib sheets. There is a baby monitor (not wifi enabled) and changing table in this room as well. We also have a pack and play available in addition to the crib.

The last bedroom is our amazing Star Wars room! This room features an amazing interactive twin lightsaber bed (with traditional mattress) and a queen bed (with memory foam mattress).

Across the hall is our Avengers bathroom with tub/shower.

The saltwater pool is about 10' long and 3-4" deep. It's a great place to relax after a day in the parks. Use of pool is at your own discretion. To go to the pool area you must be able to open the sliding glass door that has a safety lock on it. Additionally there is a child fence secured around the pool. The pool and house are a use at your own risk and we do require that children are not left unattended while using the pool.

There are a ton of items available for you to use during your stay including pack and play, baby gates, child size table and chairs, baby monitor, toys and books, and a water table for outside. We also have some items if you decide to venture to the beach. Please take care of all items available and return them so the next family can enjoy them as well!

We have a ring camera on the front entrance and entry points of the property.
