The Windsor at Westside features a tropical Mediterranean-themed clubhouse, complete with 5-star resort features. The resort-style pool features a Polynesian-style bar and areas with decks and loungers to relax and soak up the Florida sun.

The water park and clubhouse are located near Tu Casa Bar and Grill. Within the clubhouse resides billiard room and video arcade area.

NOTE: The Clubhouse is included for all our guests and you will have access once you have checked in with security

Pool Heat is an additional $40 per day plus tax. To heat the SPA, the pool heater must be turned on.

- Pool heat - If you want to have pool heating you will have an extra $40/ day (duration request is for the entire stay.) We would totally recommend it as it makes the water warm and comfortable to use from November to February

Refund Policy: No payment is required 30 days before check in. Cancellation policy applies within 30 days before arrival.
-Pool Heat is $40 per day plus tax.
Pool heat is recommended from November through April. Please let us know a few days before your reservation. It takes hours to heat the pool and we will schedule it before your arrival.


No commericial vehicles, RV`s, trailers, ATVs, and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. Towing not allowed

NO SMOKING or any other smoking-like-activities in the house.
$1000 fine for smoking plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside.
