Personal Hotel

This 15br property had enough space and public spaces for our large family of 15! We'll appointed, an inspiring kitchen and a pool area made to play! We loved everything.

False advertising. Looks nothing like it looks on paper.

The carpet fithy, service suck, half of us could not use phone while in house. We bought donuts and got ready to eat them and open the boxes and they were full of small bugs like ants. Look all around in kitchen and they wete crawling all out of stove. Room number 2 has a bad smell when you turn on water thst smells like sewage. Fire ants on the outsde where pool. Did not try and sit out there because of my 5 year old and 21 month old. So we did not use the pool. We have booked our famult trips through VBRO for a few years now and this is the worst place we have ever stayed. I have plenty pictures if you need to see them

Not as Advertised STAY FAR AWAY

Our stay was supposed to be 6/30 to 7/5. We arrived to a house that was dirty, had mold in the shower, potential blood on the wall, water damage on the ceiling, leftover dirty sock and neck pillow from a previous occupant, and a cloudy disgusting pool. We called VRBO and all they did was contact the property manager, who told us it was all just aesthetic and it had been cleaned twice. There is no way, yes there were gouges in the walls, scuff marks all over the walls, and gouges in tile but dirt, mold and potential blood are not aesthetic and my infant granddaughter and elderly in-laws could not stay in those conditions. He sent his cleaning ladies, however it would have taken at least 8 hrs to remediate the hazards and clean. We left the property immediately. VRBO closed my first case, and I called again to open a second (which was traumatizing because all they did was connect me on a call with the combatant manager who refused to admit the condition of the house and claimed we had pit bulls, we don't, we have 2 small 35-40 lb rescues that were claimed on the reservation). On 7/5, I realized the property manager extended my stay w/out consent to Jul 7 (probably so I couldn't leave a review), he updated it when I brought it to VRBO's attention. As VRBO & manager don't seem to be taking my case seriously, I posted my evidence to FB and will keep fighting for a refund. He wouldn't take Amex so I had to use debit. Go to VRBO Facebook and look at the "Mentions"!

Great House, Great Host!

Our stay at this luxury 9 bedroom villa started with some challenges due to us booking so close to our arrival date, but thanks to the host (Chuck) attentiveness and outstanding customer service, my party was able to enjoy our stay and created lasting memories. The villa was located conveniently, allowing us to visit multiple Orlando/Kissimmee attractions, including Disney, golf courses, grocery stores and more, with the greatest ease. All guests in my party enjoyed our stay, made use of the amenities, including the heated pool, game room, theatre area and there was ample parking. Brian

Perfect for large family

We were able to have napping babies and fun and games in this large home. Property manager was super fast to address needs. Super spacious kitchen.
