Aloha Sunrise is a high demand vacation home in the brand new Windsor Island. Epic Universe, Universal Studios new theme park, is 20 miles away!

Relax and enjoy spending time with your family and friends at this wonderful home. The home is professionally decorated and offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathroom, featuring a private pool.

On the first floor you have a ensuite with a 1 queen bed. On the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms. There is a master bedroom upstairs with a king bed and ensuite. Room 3 has a king bed. Room 4 is a Mickey theme room with two twin beds. Bedroom 5 has two twin beds with Harry Potter theme. For added enjoyment upstairs you will find a loft with a TV.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor Island is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 38 miles from Orlando international airport, Windsor Island features resort amenities such as a lazy river, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

WINDSOR ISLAND REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY AND EVERY ADULT TO HAVE A VALID ID. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking. 

*This home has a 4-car limit per reservation. The first 4 cars to enter will be counted for the entire duration of the stay. Street parking is allowed in designated areas within the Windsor Island Community.*

Great property and location!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was clean and comfortable with being in a great location. The check-in instructions were clear, and the host was responsive and kind throughout the entire process.The location was perfect! It was close to everything we needed, but quiet and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

Great location

The house was very clean. The property location was very convenient to Disney. We did have a small issue when we arrived, but it was resolved within 10 minutes or so. We went in April and it was 75 to 80 everyday, but id recommend getting the pool heated. The resort was very nice and the kids had a blast, food was a bit pricey and they were a bit stingy on the alcohol. You cant bring your own. I would definitely stay at this location again. The whole process was easy.

Great property overall!

We had an overall pleasant stay at this property. It’s about 25–30 minutes from the Disney parks, and conveniently located near a Publix, restaurants, and various stores. The Windsor Island Resort requires check-in at the front gate, and there were frequent backups getting into the community, which could be frustrating.The clubhouse amenities were nice and well-maintained, though there was a noticeable marijuana smell lingering at times, which felt off-putting. We also experienced a few neighborhood house parties that went late into the night—something to be aware of if you’re traveling with kids (a sound machine helped).The home met our basic needs and was comfortable overall. Just be sure to bring extra essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, as the initial supply was limited. There was also a grill shown in the pictures, but not on site.

It was boring the event center is only open till 7 and the door says 8 even then that’s to early there’s nothing for the kids to do after that The pool at the house had to have a lot of water added to it before we got there and we still had to pay for the heat In The pool

Great stay

We had an enjoyable stay at this property. The management group were quick to respond when we wanted to add an extra day to our stay and politely accommodated us. The kids loved the pool and how close it was to walk over to the resort clubhouse to use the water slides and lazy river. The security on the main gate were quick to get us in and out and was a nice added comfort knowing access was controlled.

The place was clean, the house was spacious, there was everything we needed but there was a problem with the pool since we paid for it to be acclimatized, they didn't do it and 3 days later we were able to use it, they didn't give us a refund or answer us.

Comfortable, and clean

The house was spacious, clean and gave us alot of room to spread out and relax. The travel to the disney and universal parks do take alittle longer to get to even though its a 10-12 mile drive, ends up being about 30 to 45 minute drive. Neighborhood is nice and mostly quiet. No BBQ grill which was a disappointment unless you want to rent one. All in all, house is great.

Great house

Beautiful house with lots of amenities. Quick walk to the main clubhouse area. Messaged in VRBO app about pool heat and a broken latch on a door and someone came early the next day to fix it. Great experience, would definitely stay here again.

Great location and inviting!

The home is very inviting, clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The cleanliness surpassed my expectations. Comfortable Accommodations: Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Property is secure and great location with just a 2 minute walk to the resort. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

The property was located near everything. I really like how the rooms accommodated everyone. The house was spacious and clean. When we needed assistance, management responded quick and came to fix the minor. The water park was in walking distance and it was clean and nice as well. We like this community. Competition weekend

The stay at this property was great. Clean when arrived, Everything was there we needed. only thing that was wrong sliding glass door wouldn't lock good would come unlocked when pulled on hard. I reported this and they was quick to try to send someone to fix it. I would rate this a great place to stay fresh and new.
