BEWAREWent to check in- our names were not on the reservation, so the third party who contacts the host on our behalf tried to contact the host and was unsuccessful, they had to put our name on another house just so we can get into the property. House was FILTHY! Pool had all algae, rugs had stains EVERYWHERE and nightstands and dressers and many other surfaces were very dusty. They gave us the incorrect WiFi information and it took a while to get an answer back. They had recently changed the WiFi password but didn’t inform us. The only thing about this place that was decent, was the walk to the resort pool. It was very close by. I don’t think the blankets and sheets were cleaned as they had a nauseating smell of febreeze all over it. Thankfully the house had a washer and dryer so I can wash the linens because it was so overpowering the smell. This house is disgustingly dirty and the communication with the host was awful. You can find something better, I promise
