Make the house part of the vacation at Funcation Station, a nine-bedroom, five-bath ChampionsGate home. Start with your private screened pool and spa, then head to the Donkey Kong games room for pool, foosball, skee-ball and arcade play. Train, Avengers, Cars and Batman bedrooms make bedtime an adventure. Gather in two lounges, cook in the kitchen and dine indoors or on the covered patio. A washer and dryer add everyday ease for families sharing a stay.

PRIVATE POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING
Spend time in the screened pool and spa area, shoot baskets at the poolside hoop, or stretch out on a sun lounger. The covered patio has separate dining and lounge seating, plus an outdoor TV.

DONKEY KONG GAMES ROOM
Challenge each other at the pool table, foosball table, skee-ball game and arcade machines, surrounded by colorful Donkey Kong artwork.

NINE DISTINCT BEDROOMS
Four themed bedrooms feature train-themed bunks, Avengers bunks and murals, Cars-themed bunks, and a Batman room with two beds and cave murals. Five additional bedrooms feature floral, palm, blue-and-yellow, green, and gray-and-gold designs. The gallery shows each sleeping setup.

GATHER AND RECHARGE
The open-plan main living room connects to the dining area and kitchen. A second upstairs lounge offers another sectional and TV. Cookware and tableware are provided, along with coffee makers, a toaster, kettle and blender.

PRACTICAL COMFORTS AND ACCESS
The home has five bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and an ironing board. Guests have private use of the entire home, games room, screened pool and spa, and covered patio. Arrival and access instructions will be provided before check-in after required reservation steps are complete.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
Maximum occupancy is 24 registered guests. No parties, smoking or pets. Check-in is at 4pm; checkout is at 10am. Children require constant adult supervision around the pool and spa. No glass in the pool enclosure.

Exterior security cameras are located outside the garage facing the driveway, at the front door, and at the pool equipment. The pool-equipment camera views only the equipment. The home has smoke alarms and does not have carbon monoxide alarms.
