This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home has everything you want from a Florida home with a private lanai, themed rooms for the kids, and close proximity to Disney and Universal. For days inside, there’s a game room to keep the kids busy while you lay out by the pool and get some much-needed quiet time.

Nice place, clean & spacey…could have used some more everyday things (silverware was a minimum, paper towels & toilet tissue & shower essentials). A great location for Disney & other attractions. Would stay there again.

Lovely Stay

Check in was easy and communication was great. We really enjoyed our stay and the beds were comfortable and the pool was lovely. Being completely honest the villa does need some maintenance to it but just little things and the pool screening could use a clean but i enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

It was amazing stay loved everything about the house and would recommend anyone to this home the only problem we had the weather wasn't hot enough to enjoy the nice pool but overall 10 thumbs up

They need to replace the pans on the stove, food sticks, and coffee cups get too hot when you put them in the microwave. The property is amazing

Amazing house

We had a beautiful time at 612 S Eagle point rd , everything was what we are looking for , kids had much fun at pool area , the host Bruno is really nice . I would give 10 ⭐️ to our stay … definitely we will go back to our next trip to Orlando …

Spacious home in a quiet, family neighborhood. It could benefit from some minor repairs, and kitchen basics. This did not detract from our enjoyment of a lovely pool and home.

Overall, we had a great stay. The location was excellent, the house was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the price was very reasonable for what was offered. We especially enjoyed the pool and the amenities, and the home provided plenty of space for our family.That said, there are a few things future guests should be aware of. The property appears to be managed by a third-party service company rather than directly by the owner, and the house is stocked with very limited supplies. Be prepared to bring absolutely everything you may need, including basics such as salt, pepper, coffee, hand soap, and other everyday essentials. In our experience with other vacation rentals, hosts often leave some starter items or supplies from previous guests, but this home was completely empty.Additionally, there are extra fees for a variety of things, so it is important to read all the rules and policies carefully to avoid unexpected charges. We also found the door leading to the pool extremely difficult to open, and several windows facing neighboring properties were missing blinds, which affected privacy.Overall, the value, cleanliness, location, and space were excellent. With a few small improvements and better attention to guest convenience, this would easily be a five-star stay.

Property was very nice. Pool heat was not available which was disappointing. Water was to cold to swim but still enjoyed sun bathing by pool.Overall a good experience
