Nice but...

Nice property but a few amenities would go a long way- enough toilet paper and garbage bags to last a week (family of 4 barely got by in this five bedroom house) dish towels, and takes hot water 5 minutes to reach faucet. Solterra resort pool was so over crowded! I-4 was a parking lot almost every day. Takes 6-24 hrs to hear back from management company if you have a question.

Disney vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay! The pool was warm and clean. Towels and kitchen supplies were readily available. Beds were clean and house was clean. We had access to Netflix and other apps we watch on the big tvs. There was an infinity game table and Nintendo that my kids enjoyed! Wonderful stay!

great place, but service was questionable

The place overall was great and would have rated it much higher if it wasn't for a sewage backup on the second day at the place. It took three days for the management company to get the issue taken care of. not being able to use the bathroom at the place for three days was very inconvenient. The main floor shower had sewage back-up into it and on the third day would rise whenever the neighbors used their washrooms. Tropical Escape kept giving us the runaround when phoning to find out when the plumbers and cleaning crew were coming to fix the situation. At the end of the day, the place is quite nice but the management is hard to get a hold of if there is an issue.

Great place will definitely go back

Great place for my family to stay. Located close to all of the attractions and restaurants that we wanted to visit. There were a few things that needed repaired but it wasn't anything that affected our stay.

difficult communication

we had problems, the house has 2 parking lots, when you take the cars out someone who also rents houses around goes and puts a car in our space, we had our car touched because someone put the car in our space and we didn't know who it was and the owner of the house she said it was our problem we also stayed 15 days and asked to heat the pool and she didn't heat it (we knew we had to pay) to go to the condominium pool you need a code and when the month expires you change the code number and she didn't say anything when we went to the condominium pool they didn't let us in and she took a while to answer

Family 2022 Summer Vacation

The home was wonderful. Having a pool at the home is important to us and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. The game table upstairs was a great hit as well. There was an ample supply of kitchen amenities (I loved the knives and should have made note of the type). I would have loved more bath towels but bought some so not a major deal for us. Finding the home on day one was a little challenging because the GPS didn’t have it but with some observations and context clues, we found it. Overall a we had a good time.

Beautiful Solterra visit

We have just arrived home to the UK after a 2 week stay at this property. Check in could not have been easier; we were given a code to enter the home a week prior to our check in date. When we entered, the home was immaculate and beautifully presented. Small touches, like the dining table set with glasses etc was very welcoming after a very long flight. The bedrooms were very spacious and the bathrooms very clean. The living area downstairs was lovely and very practical for our needs. The pool area was lovely, nice to be on the end of a row of townhouses, overlooking the lake. My 7 year old absolutely loved the interactive games table upstairs on the landing and also the table football coffee table downstairs. Lovely resort, 10 minutes walk to the clubhouse where there is a lovely pool, lazy river, food/drinks, play area and gym. Would definitely recommend.
