We iust returned from the most perfect large family vacation at "Once Upon a Villa". This is an absolutely beautiful home in an outstanding area and Dale has thought of everything. Communication was perfect from the moment I booked and continued ahead of and throughout our stay to see if we needed anything while we were there. Every space was spotless and PERFECT for a large multi-generational family and we can't wait to stay here in Once Upon a Villa again!

Wonderful stay at an amazing property! The house was spacious, clean, and well - appointed. It's location was close to Disney property with easy access to theme parks and other attractions. Plenty of room for a big family or group to spread out and feel comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with and very friendly. We were there for a holiday stay and they even put up a tree for us! Can't say enough great things about this house. Highly recommend!

This holiday home is absolutely beautiful. It is easy to get to in a gated community close to all the parks & attractions. It has everything in it to keep the whole family entertained, young & older ones after the hectic day in the parks or having a lazy day in to recover. From PlayStations to Poker Chips & cards including the games room. Every bedroom has its own bathroom with so much space. Having stayed in many villas before, this one has by far the largest swimming pool I’ve seen. It makes a huge difference when there’s a few of you in it. The owners are on hand if you require any thing sorting out but leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace. If you’re looking for a 5 star villa with plenty of room then you’ve found it here.

The house was beautiful and accommodated our large family very well.The previous guests messed up the heating on the pool, so it was very cold when we arrived. The owner and property manager did all they could to get things working well for us and by the end of the second day, it was usable.

I am so happy we booked this property! It was a great location for all of the Disney and Universal Studios parks! The house was clean and comfortable, and plenty of room for our group! I would not hesitate to stay here again!

There were 13 of us staying here and we had a great time. Each room had a bathroom which is fantastic. Great house and great pool. The smart features took awhile to figure out and the King beds are very hard though.
