My home is pet-friendly (dogs only). You're welcome to bring your dog for a $20/day fee, but advance notice before arrival is required. Cats are not permitted. A gentle reminder: a $200 fee may apply if extra cleaning is needed.

Spacious 6-bed, 5-bath home for 12 guests with a private pool, Smart TV, and in-unit laundry. Just 15 min from Disney, 30 min from Universal & Downtown Orlando, and 33 min from Kia Center. Near a lake for a perfect getaway!

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.

➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.

This area is known for its close proximity to all the top Orlando attractions while still offering a peaceful, residential feel. You’ll be just 15 minutes from Disney, making it convenient to pop in and out of the parks throughout your stay. The neighborhood is family-friendly, with well-maintained homes, quiet streets, and easy access to main roads.

Nearby, you’ll find plenty of local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, ensuring all your essentials are within reach. If you’re looking for a relaxing day away from the parks, there are lakes and nature spots nearby for fresh air and outdoor activities.

The location is ideal for exploring the wider Orlando area, with Downtown Orlando about 30 minutes away and Universal Studios just a short drive. Plus, with easy access to highways, it's a breeze to visit the surrounding attractions like the Kia Center and more!

Car Rental: Renting a car is the most convenient way to explore Orlando, with easy access to Disney, Universal, and local spots. Major rental agencies are available at the airport and nearby locations.

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are popular and widely available, offering a quick and hassle-free way to get around without worrying about parking.

Public Transit: The LYNX bus system serves the Orlando area, providing affordable routes to major attractions, shopping centers, and downtown.

Taxis: Traditional taxi services operate in the area and can be booked via phone or hailed at popular locations like theme parks and shopping malls.

Biking: Some areas around Orlando are bike-friendly, especially near lakes and parks, and you can find bike rentals for leisurely rides or nearby exploring.

➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb Messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary, so i can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am, and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.

9. A $50 fee will apply for any missing parking passes after check-out. Guests are required to return all parking passes to the original pick-up location and provide photo confirmation before departure.
