This Disney-Themed villa is a perfect family-friendly home where you will create many wonderful and lasting memories! The kitchen is expansive and welcoming, allowing the entire family to gather for delicious home cooked meals. The salt water pool and spa area is an inviting place to relax, take a swim and enjoy lovely conversation under the private lanai. The game room is large and supplied with a comfy home theater and foosball. Guests have the option of heating the private pool and spa for a daily charge. Pool and spa heat is $30/Day.

Windsor Hills is a 5 star, guard-gated resort which is conveniently located to all of the fabulous parks in Orlando, including Disney World and Universal Studios - both within a short drive of the resort. The area is a golfer's delight with a great golf course adjacent to the resort and the superb championship courses of Reunion and Champions Gate are only a 10 minutes drive away.

Windsor Hills Resort Community features include: a double Olympic size, lagoon style pool, hot tub, clubhouse and sundries shop along with children's themed playgrounds, huge choice of outdoor activities, fully equipped fitness centre, surround sound movie theatre and a FANTASTIC new children's splash pad zone and dueling water slides.

Resort Parking Rules:
The resort only allows 3 CARS.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street.

Family Fun!!

We had such a fun time. The house was so beautiful and everything was easy to use. The rental company made everything so easy to do. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Great weekend

Great place to rent. A little worn but otherwise it was exactly what we needed and expected. The pool heater didn’t work a couple of the days. We called and someone was able to fix it within hours. Thanks Tanya

Great convenient neighborhood!

I love the neighborhood! Safe plenty to do for the kids! Staff was friendly, but disappointed in how much time spent getting things addressed. The carpets, couch and linens needed cleaned! Nothing a professional cleaning company couldn’t make acceptable. Definitely fixable.

Great home for 3 generations to share together

We greatly enjoyed this home. It really met our needs. The kitchen was the best equipped we have had in a vacation rental home. We hope to return sometime.

Nice house

We rented this property because we wanted to fit our entire family in a house instead of a hotel. The house was clean. It had the majority of the tools we needed to stay. If I had to make one complaint it would only be that there weren't enough bath towels to go around for 12 guests but we used their beach towels LOL...had to wash everyday and I think there is only one hot water heater for the entire house (this is a massive house for 1 water heater) so we couldn't take baths or showers like we wanted to after the end of our days at the park. Other than that, it was great!! We only needed the place to rest our heads because we were gone from 7a-10p almost everyday. I would still recommend this house!

50th Disney trip

Property was gorgeous. Felt very safe in neighborhood. Was quiet. Loved everything about it! From the summary, we didn’t expect the game room to be in a very hot garage. Noone used it. Couldn’t with the heat & humidity. Also we had rain which maybe caused it but the pool water turned green very green we couldn’t use it. That was the last day. I didn’t call because we were leaving early in morning. The other is the AC was locked at 72. That was warm for us. Also 74 during day! Made house very humid. But gorgeous house. Price was good. Location was great! Thank yoi!

Family Trip

The rental was exactly as pictured. There was plenty of room for everyone. Check-in was smooth. We had 12 guest in total and still had room to accommodate at least 4-5 more people. Only wish was that the hot tub actually got hot, it appears to be a separate fee. Overall, we will be back and book this rental again.

Best Vacation ever

This was the best vacation ever... I would recommend this property/home to everyone. The house was very clean and very well equipped with all the essentials. On top of that, it was also sooo comfortable, definitely a home away from home. Management was also great, my manager Maira was very helpful, friendly and attentive to all my needs, questions. Over all I would rate my stay a 10 with 10 being the highest!!!! Thanks again for making my vacation the best stay ever!!!

Family vacation

The Villa was clean and comfortable. We had 12 family members and there was plenty of space for all. We have used Home Away for units in Windsor Hills many times before and this unit was the best when it came to being well stocked with supplies - everything from sandwich bags to dishwasher soap to band-aids (which came in handy!). The grand-kids enjoyed the pool and used it often when we got back from the parks. We were able to share special family time together and had a great vacation. The property manager was excellent and always got back to us quickly. We would be happy to use this unit again.

Family Trip

It was a last minute booking for us to accommodate extra people. The place had a lot of bedrooms. Our overall impression was that everything was clean and nice. Amenities are adequate and in some sense plenty. The carpet is a bit dated, but clean. We were pleased.

Vacation dream home

Our family loved the home, very spacious but most of all kid friendly right down to the light switches, game Room was amazing, equipped with wii , games, kids books and kids movies, in the living room area there were even Nora Robert books alone with others for even the adults to read, bedrooms and the themes that they all had for the kids were amazing, the kids loved them, tv in every room, the kitchen was beautiful, the pool area had all the playful things that made the kids go wild, safety vest, water wings, beach balls everything was very nice, we all just wanted to bring all the beds back with us they were so comfortable, I would definitely recommend this home to anyone on vacation, pictures just don’t do it justice, it’s gorgeous and we all enjoyed every minute of it👍
