A nice family trip

We had a lovely stay at this Vrbo. The check in process was smooth and easy. Communication was simple and timely.The home was set up with everything you need for a nice stay. We did find we ran out of toiletries like shampoo and soap towards the end of the stay and there were just enough towels for a couple of days before needing to do wash, but that’s ok!We did find the house itself to be echoing and loud at times just because of the nature of the architecture and design. When one family member was up, everyone was up! The community is quiet, pool area is clean and well maintained, and the games room provided lots of fun for the kids. The amenities at the clubhouse were well priced and provided for some more fun. Davenport is a bit out of the way in terms of attractions. I did find we were driving an hr here or there to get to popular spots like Universal, top golf, beaches etc…There are a significant amount of food places and a mall just down the road about 5 miles from the community itself.Overall, it’s a clean, quiet and comfortable spot.

Beautiful well-maintained home.

Me and my partner just loved this beautiful home. So clean and well-maintained. We visited for some relaxation and sun. This home was so relaxing and neighbors we talked to were so welcoming. We visited the Tiki Bar and met more neighbors and all of them were so welcoming and even invited us to play dominos with them. All the employees at the Guest house were very polite and eager to help with whatever you needed. I can't say enough about the owner. She was just the friendliest, nicest lady I've ever talked to. We had no major problems just gave her heads up on a few things and/or questions. She responded right away and addressed everything! I hope this home is still available next year because I would love to make this a yearly trip! Thank you so much Madeline!

Family Vacation

House was tastefully decorated. Kitchen was stocked for basic cooking. Since we were visiting in January, we had the pool heated. Even though it was unusually chilly for January, we enjoyed the pool. The manager was quick to respond to our concerns. For example, who would have thought we would need the heat turned on. Overall our stay was terrific.

Perfect Place

We stayed in Solana last year at another property and looked for another. I found this one, and it was newly listed with no reviews. I messaged the host with questions prior to booking and they were extremely responsive. So we took a chance and I’m not the least bit disappointed. This house was perfect and my kids enjoyed themselves. It was clean and not overly decorated. I want to be on vacation but not live in a Disney resort. Two of of the 5 bedrooms were themed and the rest gave me your typical farmhouse feel. Beds were comfortable which is usually hit or miss with rentals. My kids loved the pool table and pools(both at the house and club house). In past experiences we always pack extra dish soap, trash bags and toilet paper because rentals lacked these items and we always had to buy. But I was surprised that the house came perfectly stocked for our 9 days! I would highly recommend booking this home! Depending on our next vacation schedule, I would book this home again in a heart beat. Oh and I loved the fact that the women at the gate who checked us in remembered us from last year and is always friendly.

The house is pretty much as advertised and there were no problems getting the owner to address any issues we did encounter, Madeline was very easy to deal with and addressed any of our concerns very quickly.

Winter warmth

The home was wonderful nicely decorated good furniture. The only problem we had was with the comforter on the bed. It wouldn’t stay on the bed and sometimes the pool didn’t feel as warm as it should be, but we would stay here again thank you.

My Experience

The property was in a good area and communication with the owner was good. The location was a 20 min drive to Disney. Just a FYI for future guest, we stayed 4 nights and 8 people in our party. There was only one additional trash bag, no hand soap in bathrooms, there was a ant problem in the upstairs guest bathroom but the owner provided bug spray under the kitchen sink, no wash clothes or hand towels, I understand the temperature being set no lower than 72 so you may want to bring a couple fans as it was still pretty hot.
