➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.

➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb Messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary, so i can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am, and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.

9. A $50 fee will apply for any missing parking passes after check-out. Guests are required to return all parking passes to the original pick-up location and provide photo confirmation before departure.

Disgusting!

When we arrived the pool was green! I noticed one comforter looked dirty, so I asked them to come back to take care of these two items and they did come back. When they left, I noticed they just put a new one on top of the bed. We then noticed the sheets on that bed were dirty. We then checked all beds--ALL GROSS-- I started checking everywhere and the towels, dishes, dining chairs, sofa, and floors were absolutely disgusting. It was so bad that I went to the store to buy my own sheets and towels. We had to wear shoes the entire time due to the nasty floors. There was also a panel that fell off the wall that nobody ever came to repair. They did come clean the dining chairs. I asked for some kind of reimbursement and all they did was take off the cleaning fee! They should have paid me for my cleaning fee and for the inability to use the pool the first day. I understand that it isn't the owners fault, but the cleaning people should be fired and more should have been done to remedy the situation.
