Aluguei essa casa e nos hospedamos num grupo de 15 pessoas. Amamos a casa, a decoração, a piscina e o condomínio como um todo. Fomos muito bem orientados e atendido pelo anfitrião.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! Place was clean and very spacious! Good access to near by stores, restaurants and Disney! However, stairs need to be fixed, there are a cracks on a couple steps that leave a lip when going down. Going down the stairs we have to be cateful not to cut our feet or trip with our shoes , definitely a safety hazard and should be looked at before renting to next guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Windsor Island. The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the open-concept layout made it easy for our family to relax and enjoy quality time together.The resort itself is outstanding. The pool area, lazy river, and amenities were a big hit with the kids, and the gated community made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. Location-wise, it’s ideal—just a short drive to Disney, shopping, and restaurants.The host was responsive, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. We truly felt at home and would absolutely return on our next trip to Florida. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway!

Not best experience

This property is spacious but not as clean as I would expect with the rating it has. There was black mold and pink scum in the downstairs master bathroom shower along with black cobwebs in the bathroom. The showers never had good hot water, luke warm at best. The AC unit upstairs wasn't working when we first got there and no one was available to come look at it so no one could sleep upstairs the first night because it was 90 degrees. Note: all the bedrooms are upstairs but one. Finally, the next day around 4PM someone came to fix the AC. Pool was also dirty when we checked in with hair and dirt. Had to call for someone to come clean the pool which was 3 days after we checked in before someone came to clean it. Pool was also extremely cold so if you stay I would suggest the pool heater (we opted not to have it because of the cost so didn't enjoy the pool much). The pool at the Main clubhouse was nice and a very comfortable temperature. Weekends getting into the resort were a mess.

Great House/Clean/New

One of the cleanest homes we've stayed in. The home feels clean and new, aside from expected wear to the heavier traffic areas/carpet, etc.The house had lots of dishes, blender, waffle maker, sandwich maker/toaster. We used the pool heater, and the pool was great.Suggestions: Better knives, cutting board (couldn't find one), pot holders/hot pads. Also the microwave did not work, but there was an extra portable microwave in the pantry.
