Cedar Key is a very spacious executive home overlooking the woodland conservation area in the high quality, resort community Emerald Island which is only a few minutes drive from Disney World. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a brilliant games room.

Emerald Island is a unique resort style gated community with great facilities for all guests to enjoy including a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, Internet room and a video arcade. There is also children's playground, a sand volleyball court and a nature trail to explore. Being only three miles from the entrance to Disney World it is perfectly located for visiting all the attractions. Shops, 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants are only a few minutes away on US192. The enclave section features executive, more spacious homes on larger lots.

Cedar Key has south facing pool and beautiful views over the wooded conservation area. It is a very peaceful place to build up your energy after all that work on the golf course or in the park, without being overlooked from the back.

Our pool and adjoining spa are surrounded by a huge deck area which is in the sunshine all day. If you get too hot then you can spend some time in the large covered lanai area with its overhead fan. There are plenty of reclining sun chairs as well as a table and chairs for dining outside while enjoying the view and there is a child safety fence in place to keep young children away from the pool unless supervised.

There are many 4 bedroom homes in Emerald Island ranging in size from 1500sq ft to 1900 sq ft. Cedar Key is unique in the community as it has nearly 3000sq of air-conditioned space for your and your family to spread out. There are two Master bedroom suites one with a King bed and one with a Queen. There is a kids bunk bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed which can sleep three and the final bedroom has two twin bedrooms.

Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player. In the rest of the house you will find a large family room and a brilliant air conditioned games room with a pool table, Foosball and two networked Xbox 360 games consoles, each with its own 42in plasma TV. There is also a breakfast nook and separate dining room. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a separate laundry area should help you feel perfectly comfortable during your stay.

Just about everything is included in Cedar Key. It has loads of "extras" at no extra charge such as high-speed wireless Internet, DVDs and board games, a baby equipment package including high chairs, strollers and baby monitors.

Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem.

In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use outside.
