POOL GETS SUN FROM MORNING (830) AND STARTS TO SHIFT AROUND 345 -430....STILL SUNNY AFTER THOSE TIMES JUST LOSES FULL SUN. POOL CAN BE HEATED AND HAS COLOR CHANGING LIGHTS FOR NIGHT SWIMS. PRIVACY FENCE HAS BEEN RECENTLY ADDED IN THE POOL AREA AS WELL AS NEW PATIO CUSHIONS.

Luxurious, Modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with high vaulted ceilings. The modern decor and color scheme creates an open, airy feel. This home has a great layout that allows one family privacy or 2 families or friends the ability to vacation together. There are 2 Master Suites at opposite ends of the house, as well as 2 living rooms with 42” flat screen tv’s. There are 2 twin rooms located in the middle of the house. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Bedrooms accommodate up to 8. The king master with en-suite is located at the back of the home. It has a spa tub, double sinks, and stand up shower, as well as a slider to the pool and 42” flat screen tv. The second queen master is located at the front of the house with an en-suite with a shower/tub combo and 32” flat screen tv. The remaining 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each and share a full bath.

The front living room consists of a lounge/tv area with 42” flat screen and full dining table. The back living room is open concept with lounge/tv area with 42” flat screen, kitchen, breakfast bar and nook and slider to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and has everything you need. It is fully stocked to give you that at home feel by taking breaks from dining out for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A high chair, pack and play, and umbrella stroller are provided for the tiny ones.

Now let’s talk fun! The house is located 10 to 15 minutes from ALL ATTRACTIONS. The GAME ROOM features a pool table, indoor basketball, foosball table, and xbox station perfect for indoor fun. The private, screened in pool provides hours of outdoor fun in the sun!

We all enjoyed our stay we did have a couple of issues. There are two children rooms and no TV in those rooms. The door to the pool have an alarm on them that is annoying. Short children can’t open the door and go to the bathroom without assistance. The alarm doesn’t make sense. We rent on this site once or twice a year this is the first time I’ve encountered such an alarm. The house was pretty clean and well stocked my daughter made pies and everything she didn’t bring was in the house. Overall I would give the house a 4 1/5.

The house is very well taken care of. I believe in the master bdrm the comforter and pillows may not have been washed. However we washed the pillow and left the comforter alone. The house had everything in small amounts. So we added trash bags - cleaning spray - more dishwasher pods - dish soap and spices (as we season everything from La.). Overall an excellent experience. Will try and rent again from her. Loved the area and the pool. 5 star all the way.

Spring Break

Had a wonderful time in the house. House was clean and well outfitted with many towels, kitchen items, etc. found the house to be as described. Was very convenient to all of the parks (Disney, Universal and Seaworld). We all enjoyed the pool, especially after a hot day in the parks. Host was very responsive to any questions we had, which also made things more enjoyable.

Beautiful home

We stayed here and drove back and forth to the Disney parks. With traffic figure At least 45 minutes. This was not a problem for us since the home with its own pool was perfect for our family.It’s was stocked with enough to get us through till we got to a store. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils. There are pool toys in the garage.

Christmas in Florida

Traveled from Ohio to spend Christmas in Florida with my family. We were not disappointed! The house was lovely and spacious for my family of 5. After spending long days at the parks, being able to come home to a nice home rather than being bunched up in an hotel was refreshing! No complaints here.

Good family rental

We enjoyed our stay in Davenport. The house was very clean and well equipped with a coffee pot, keurig and small air fryer. We really appreciated the large amount of towels provided especially for use with the pool. Travel times to Disney can vary throughout the day as traffic backs up on the I4. A starter roll of paper towel, toilet paper, dish detergent and a laundry sample were provided, but there was nothing extra supplied. This was communicated before our trip, but can significantly add to the cost of your stay when you need to stock a full house. Laura was great to communicate with and very responsive to messages, a great host!

Heated pool was great. Plenty of room. Master bed mattress was nice. Privacy fence around pool was nice. Close to Disney ( I-4 traffic unavoidable even 3 miles was bumper to bumper). We struggled with the Roku ( not use to it)

Met our expectations. Please swap out the mats in the big master bathroom at the back as they do not adhere to the floor and slide when you step on them which is very dangerous. Update the bed linens as the sheets had a couple of blue stains and are kind of warn out. Overall we were all pleased with the property and pool. Thank you

The house was clean upon arrival, exactly as described. Close to all attractions and shopping. Pool was awesome, kids loved the colour changing lights when swimming at night. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Great Vacation Home!!!

Very clean home. Pool is excellent. Very central to everything, airport, grocery stores, restaurants, and Disney Parks. Communication with the homeowner is excellent. I would definitely recommend this home. I would also stay here again!
