The space
Welcome to Rio Palm Retreat, a beautifully renovated townhouse where Disney adventures and relaxation blend seamlessly. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private bathroom, and the cozy living area gives everyone room to spread out.

Dive into comfort in our inviting living room, the heart of our home. Unwind on the cozy sofas, watch your favorite shows on the 75" TV, or enjoy family fun with our selection of board games, Disney books, and Nintendo Switch.

Our fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream. With modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, built-in fridge and microwave, it's ready for your culinary adventures. Plus, we've got your first morning coffee covered!

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom - A Poolside Haven: Retreat to the master bedroom, where comfort meets elegance. Overlooking the private pool, it features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, wireless chargers on both nightstands and an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy.
Downstairs Bedroom - Serene Comfort: This room offers a queen bed, wireless chargers, a Smart TV, and easy access to the home's common areas.
Bedroom 3 - The Fun Zone: Perfect for kids or friends, this room boasts a triple bunk bed, a Smart TV, a PlayStation console with games and its own bathroom. It's a cozy corner for rest or play.

Additional Sleeping Arrangements: Beyond the bedrooms, the living area hosts a sofa bed and an air mattress, providing versatile sleeping options for your group.

Step outside to your private screened outdoor pool — perfect for sunny days or starlit swims. Pool heat is available as an optional add-on ($90 per stay). Plus, the BBQ grill awaits your grilling skills (charcoal not included).

Resort Amenities: As our guests, you have free and unlimited access to Windsor Palms Resort's fantastic facilities: clubhouse pool, shared hot tub, tiki bar, movie theater, splash pad, playground, gym, sports courts (tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball), arcade/game room, ping pong, convenience store, and restaurant — all within a 24/7 gated resort community.

Family-Friendly Perks: Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered with FREE baby gear: a free car seat, TWO free umbrella strollers, a high chair, baby gates, and a Pack 'n Play.

Pet-Friendly: We welcome up to 2 dogs under 30 lbs each. Pet fee: $55 per pet per stay.

House notes: No smoking indoors — a $250 fee applies if there is proof of smoking. Check-in from 3:00 PM with no end time; you'll receive a door lock code for easy arrival, and the resort gate has 24/7 security. For everyone's safety, please note there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door.

A convenience store, tiki bar, and restaurant are also onsite for your convenience.
