As soon as you enter, you'll feel the care and attention we put into making your stay exceptional. A personalized welcome bag awaits you and your travel companions, filled with essential goodies. Our fully appointed kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, with a wide range of tools and equipment to make cooking a breeze, should you choose to do so.

🛌 Comfort and Convenience:
Our home is a spacious retreat for your group of up to 12 adults and a little one with a crib. The first floor boasts three bedrooms, including two en-suites with full bathrooms, and a convenient half bathroom leading to the lanai and private pool. The two en-suite rooms feature king-size beds, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed. Every bedroom comes with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. There is a portable crib in the downstairs master closet for your little one.

Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms and another full bathroom. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed. We have two themed rooms – a 'cars' themed room and a 'princess' themed room, complete with brand new furniture and mattresses. The themed rooms feature full-size twin beds, and all bedrooms upstairs are equipped with flat-screen Roku TVs.

Windsor Palms Resort is known for its high repeat renting rate for a reason. It's the perfect location for your Disney adventure, as it's only 3 miles from the Disney main gate. You can even bike there if the weather permits! The resort's clubhouse is newly renovated, well-equipped, and efficiently managed. There's also a fantastic Tiki Bar & Grill at the main community pool.

Getting to Windsor Palms is a breeze. Just follow Hwy 192 west from the Orlando International airport to Mile Marker 4. Then take a left turn onto Formosa Gardens Blvd, and you're almost there.

Vacation 25

A beautiful villa in a fantastic location. About 30 minutes from Universal (current I4 roadworks). Fabulous pool and spa that was gorgeous to return to after a day in the parks. The villa had everything you needed with plenty of phone charging points. Jessica was very easy to contact and responsive. Hope we will return one day.

Family Disney 2025

Our family had the best vacation ever. A lot of that experience had to do with our accommodations and location. The house was everything we expected and fulfilled all our needs. The pool area received the most use during our stay. Overall the house was clean when we arrived, except for the pool deck. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned (an empty water bottle and cigarette butt found under the deck chairs). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pot/pans and dishes. The bedrooms were wonderful. The grandkids were so excited to see their themed bedrooms. The bathrooms were clean and it was such a convenience to have the supply of pool towels in the downstairs bathroom. Our only suggestion would be to have more places to hang wet towels and bathing suits in the upstairs bathroom. The family is already asking when we can go back. And as they all keep saying, "Best vacation ever!"

House was very nice

The house was very nice as advertised. Pool and hot tub were great. We only stayed one night and then went on a cruise for a week. I was surprised the house did not have any napkins, paper towel, paper plates or Tupperware that was leftover from previous guests. I have rented many houses and always purchased that stuff and left the leftover. Also I saw online the house was not rented for 5 days before we arrived. We were driving to Florida and had asked if we could possibly check in early and she informed us that we could check in 24 hours early for 125. I thanked her but said we would not get there that early maybe only a few hours. So the morning of I asked her if we could get in early and she said it would be 150 before noon and 100 after noon. So price went up and she wanted 100 for 4 hours after we already paid 800 and only got the house for 17hours. I was not happy about that at all but the house was great and she did respond quickly to messages. I have never had a host not let me check in a few hours early as long as the house was ready.

Holiday Stay

Jessica was amazing. She is very responsive and is always making sure that we have what we need. House was nice and super clean and pool was heated to the perfecf temperature. I would recommend staying at the property.

Great property with lots of amenities!!

This is a very spacious property with everything you could need. Pool, spa, ping pong, pool table, open concept living room. So many rooms it is ideal for a large family. Quick drive or Lyft to the parks. Owner was quick to respond to communication through the app. We arrived right after a hurricane and they had the property in excellent condition. No debris in the pool, which was impressive. Check in and check out was easy as well. I would recommend you book this property.

Great home!

We loved our stay! We had plenty of space for a quick surprise Dianey engagement trip. Wished we could have spent a bit more time in the home. We took advantage of the pool/hot tub and were thankful for comfortable beds! Jessica was quick to solve a coffee pot issue delivering a new coffee maker in record time. The driveway is tight for 2 large vehicles.

Perfect for families

We loved our stay here! We enjoyed using the pool at the house, and the bigger pool at the club house. The location was perfect for going to the Disney parks too. Jessica was great to work with. She was attentive to all details regarding our stay, and she was very responsive when I had questions. We will definitely come back!

SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I highly advise you and your family to stay away from this property. Jessica is a fraud and a scammer and filed a fraudulent insurance claim for large-ticketed items claiming them to be damaged after my stay. She also does not abide by her contract. Everything in this home was old and worn out (which explains why she tried to file a claim). The front gate security guard was extremely rude during my check-in before he realized I was a guest. This community has many back door rules and fees not mentioned in the contract or adequately explained before your stay. This property needs to be removed from this site. JESSICA IS A FRAUD AND A SCAMMER. I ensured that the property was in good condition when I left, minus cleaning any linen or towels, and she alleges that I left behind broken dishes in plain sight for her housekeeper to find. She alleges that she received a trash fine during our stay ( that she has yet to show) due to not using 13-gallon bags and over flowing trash. I used the trash bags that were stocked in the home. She filed a fraudulent insurance claim and unjustly withheld my security deposit. I am reporting this property and those claims.

Fun for all

The property was beautiful, as described in the pictures. The welcome bag was very thoughtful. It contained a nice assortment of items from can sodas to detergent. There was a box of assorted tea bags and some spices for cooking . My grandchildren really enjoyed the themed bedrooms. It was nice to have a master bedroom upstairs for our adult children. Our group contained four generations .It was great to have a master bedroom, another bedroom with a king sized bed and a bedroom with a queen sized bed downstairs to accommodate us. Our children and grandkids enjoyed going to Disneyworld and swimming at the villa in the pool with grand pa. They also enjoyed the activities in the game room. We had a wonderful time. Jesicca was a marvelous host

We cannot wait until next year!

We booked less then 2 weeks before our scheduled arrival date and thankfully Jessica was a breeze to work with. We were in town for our daughters competitive cheerleading competition, which is stressful enough on its own, but we also added a new baby to our family this year. This beautiful home had everything we could possibly need for our 2 families to comfortably stay, including the baby. The kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen we’ve ever had, the amenities were top notch, and the extras for the baby - from the stroller options to the bouncer - were awesome. We can not wait for another chance to stay at this beautiful home again.

Excellent family vacation

I cant say how much we enjoyed staying at this property during our family vacation in Orlando. The house itself was clean and the right size for kids, parents and granparents, the proximity to the amusement parks was perfect for an easy commute, local quick grocery runs, and a brief drive home for a respite from the spring break crowds. The owner/property manager was responsive and even reached out during our stay with an unexpected weather change to make sure we were comfortable. Overall we had an excellent experience!

Family fun

My grandkids did not want to leave. Private pool and hot tub a big hit. Beds comfortable. Ate most meals in house and had all we needed to prepare. Community center with small store, splash pad, and play ground perfect for our grand children…ages 4,3,1. We did not use the pool at community center but it looked great. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Traffic is crazy in the area but you don’t notice it at this gated community. Quiet, safe, very clean community.

First Disney World Vacation

Jessica was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the process. I would stay in her beautiful home in a heartbeat. The strollers for the children, pool and game room was a big plus in keeping three children 6 and under happy.

Family Disney Vacation

The house was amazing. We had 2 small children and 6 adults staying. The amenities was GREAT!! For the kids there was a Crib, toys, and high chair was a blessing...oh yes and strollers too!. Thank you to Jessica for the surprise shipment. The kids loved it. The pool and hot tub was amazing. There was plenty of room and bedrooms for everyone. The Kitchen was stocked with all the right tools and gadgets for cooking our meals. Did I mention how close all the Disney attractions were? We spent 2 days at the park and it was so nice to have a short ride back to the house after a long day. The grocery store was just done the road as well, so we kept our refrigerator stocked. The clubhouse with the playground and splash pad was a hit. I would so recommend staying here. This was one of our top houses that we stayed at for a vacation. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy!!

Disney Bound

Our kids absolutely LOVED the themed rooms. We had four kids and six adults. One couple had to share a bath with the kids, but it worked. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked breakfast and several dinners at the house. It was a perfect location and comfortable house for our family of 10!

Great stay and will recommend to family & friends traveling to the Orlando area. Cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at! Excellent communication with property owner. The house was perfect for our group - 2 couples, grandma, and 5 kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a Disney holiday

I wish all vacation rentals were this easy! We rented this property over Christmas holiday stay with our family and it fit all our needs. Check in process was very smooth and the owner was very responsive through the vrbo app. The house was very clean and well furnished. The kids bedroom decor was a big hit with the kids. It was very convenient to have a crib, strollers, monitors, pack n play, and toys all there (and all in good, clean condition) so we didn't have to bring any of it with us. The hot tub even got up to temp after a few hours during our 40*deg*F December cold-spell. I would definitely return here again.

Wonderful

We absolutely enjoyed our time at this house ! Bringing a two year old always worries me about safety and keeping them entertained. This house exceeded our expectations. They had everything we could of needed , even extra towels for the pool. It was a great location for our family and the owner was so quick to respond to anything I needed even if it was after business hours !

Amazing house!

This house was so clean and exactly as listed. There were no surprises or let downs. The manager/owner was extremely reachable with any problems or questions. Came completely supplied with all the needs for small children and babies. The themed rooms for the kids made our kids time so special! Pool and spa were perfect! We had an amazing vacation. We can’t compliment Jessica enough. Would definitely book this house again.
