Perfect location for Disney and Kissemee area. Wide choice of restaurants and shops within 10 minutes drive.Onsite community hub with everything you need including bar, gym, cinema and large pool for those 'non-park' rest days.

What a great villa!!Spotlessly clean and within easy reach of restaurants, shops and all the attractions. We loved lazing around in the South facing pool.Scott was a great host and we'd love to come back sometime :)

Great location to Disney! House was clean, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is lovely. The pool furniture is high quality and comfortable. Ample linens and towels. We would stay here again!

Family trip

Location and cleanliness were spot on with Scott’s property from initial booking through to us checking out communication was great with Scott we would definitely recommend his property and if we do another family trip we will definitely use this property again

Get away

Scott, the homeowner, was very responsive to any questions we had, and the property management company quickly resolved a minor issue. This was our third stay in the area, and we love it—it’s the perfect spot for shopping, golf, and Disney. The house matched the description and photos exactly, so you can book with confidence. You’ll love staying here!

My family and I stayed here for our Disney vacation. It was a pleasant stay! All stores were very close buy! And Disney and the other parks were less than 15 mins!!

Perfect Place

Listing was accurate, owner provided detailed instructions so expectations were clear and check-in was seamless. Private pool was heated and awesome to wind down in after the parks. Absolutely no issues and the parks were close. I highly recommend.

Orlando Holiday

Villa was as pictured, spacious, clean and smelled fresh when entering. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, although not hot when heated it was not freezing. Property manager was very helpful with our queries and check in and check out very easy. Would highly recommend.
