This combo listing consists of two bowling villas side by side in the charming gated Solterra Resort, just 15 mins from the Orlando-themed parks, including Disney World, and the luscious golf courses of Reunion and Champions Gate. They are among the most sought-after vacation/gateway homes in the area. All bedrooms are custom-built and finished with the finest touches.

The bedrooms in the first bowling villa feature 14 famous American landmarks, along with 14.5 bathrooms. The America-themed rooms take you on a journey to marvel at places like Las Vegas, Washington DC, and much more. The Washington D.C., Las Vegas, and New York rooms are on the first floor. First floor bedrooms include the White House room (master), Vegas room (master), New York Room. The house has 12 king beds and 2 kids’ rooms with full-over-full bunks x 2 per kid room.

The bedrooms in the second bowling villa feature 14 different music genres, along with 14.5 bathrooms. Each room features a popular music genre, from rock to country, jazz, hip-hop, and so much more. First floor bedrooms: Classical room, Rock and Roll (master), Country music (master). The house has 12 king beds and 2 kids’ rooms with full-over-full bunks x 2 per kid room.

The homes were amazing and worked out perfectly for our large family reunion of 54. There was plenty of room to gather in the living room, dining room, and kitchen area. The huge TVs in the living rooms were amazing. Each bedroom had its own private bath which was great! The pools were small but met our needs and were clean. It was nice to have the opportunity to use the pool and amenities at the Solterra resort, but we used them infrequently because we enjoyed hanging out at the houses and backyard pools with our family. The kids enjoyed the bowling alleys and the game rooms. The management team was very responsive to inquiries both prior to and during our stay. We were concerned that we would not have enough parking as my family had at least six cars per house, but we did have sufficient parking on the street. Check-in and obtaining our parking passes and resort pass went very smoothly. I would highly recommend these homes and the management team for your large group stays!

Everything was perfect. The pictures doesn’t do the house justice. There was so much space and rooms. There’s a very nice water park that had really good drinks and food.
