The space
This 2,831 sq ft| 263 sqm two-story home is perfect for families and friend groups traveling together to the vacation capital of the world to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The home is inside the Encore Resort at Reunion Community, and guests of this property have access to the restaurant, convenience store and basketball court onsite. *Just please note this property does not have access to the other clubhouse amenities nor Encore’s water park.* However, you’ll find plenty of fun at the home, enjoying the pool, spa, sun deck, and tropical vibes!

- NICE CHEERFUL OPEN FLOOR PLAN that’s wonderful for interacting with your family and loved ones.

- MAIN LIVING ROOM features a plush sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home. There is direct access through sliding glass doors that lead to the pool area.

- A SITTING ROOM near the stairs with a little sofa and round CARD TABLE, for after-dinner chats and maybe a card game.

- A FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with granite countertops, quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus, essential extras like a COFFEE MAKER, HOT WATER KETTLE, BLENDER, TOASTER and DISHWASHER for easy clean-ups! There’s access to the pool from here, too, through sliding glass doors.

- A DINING AREA with a big table to accommodate 10 for a peaceful sit-down meal at home.

- A BACK PATIO and PRIVATE POOL with a sun deck and loungers, and a COVERED DINING AREA and a BBQ grill (for a rental fee per stay). It’s the perfect setup for pool days/nights at home!

- 6 BEDROOMS, 5 FULL BATHROOMS & a HALF BATH to accommodate 12 guests as such:

The Encore Resort at Reunion is only 9 miles from the famous Walt Disney World and minutes from all of Orlando’s other popular theme parks and attractions. The home is also conveniently located within minutes of major superstores like Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls.
Guest access
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and private pool during your stay.
Other things to note
**IMPORTANT NOTE: This property DOES NOT have access to Encore’s Waterpark onsite. The Encore amenities you have access to are the restaurant, convenience store & basketball court onsite.

Sanitized bed linens & bath towels are provided free during your stay. Please note if the bed linens or towels are cut or tarnished in any way, there will be a $15 charge for each damaged item.

We do provide a few other essentials to make you feel at home when you arrive, like trash bags in the trash cans, some paper towels, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items, however, are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to buy more.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.

The pool & whirlpool spa can be heated for an additional fee of $40/day. Please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in if you’d like it heated, as it takes time to fully heat the pool.
There’s an additional fee of $35 if pool heating is requested at check-in or later, as we’ll have to send a technician.

The BBQ grill at the property is available for a $120/week rental fee (full propane tank included).

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

There are surveillance cameras at the property for security reasons and to ensure guest safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. If any party or event is discovered, guests will be evicted without a refund and will also incur a $500 penalty charge.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at the property. For Service Animals, you will need to advise in advance, and a pet fee will apply.
