I had the BEST experience with the host himself. He was very accommodating when I needed to make a last minute change. The location was close to the convention center and perfect for what we needed. The apartment itself was really nice. We weren't there much other than to sleep and get ready after an expo. I enjoyed that the bedrooms were on opposite ends of the apartment since I was lodging with a coworker. And each bedroom had its own bathroom. The only issue I encountered the five nights we stayed was that the bedding and sheets had stains on them. Not just a stain, it was felt crusty. I had to strip the bed and couldn't use the comforter. I'm sure that was just a misstep is cleaning so I wouldn't go as far to stay that I wouldn't recommend this property. I can't imagine this is the standard the host sets for the rental since everything else checked out fine.

The condo was clean & we really liked that we had a fridgeand freezer. We were very disappointed with the water pressure in both showers (a different shower head would probably fix the problem). When we had questions the owners response was very quick. We really enjoyed the pool!

Does the job

We only were spending 2 nights to go to the theme parks, so overall we were ok with our stay here. While the unit is clean, and spacious, the location of the building wasn't the best. TONS of outside noise as it is a very busy area. The walls are a little thin. Communication was good as we did have a little bit of an issue, (it was our mistake) but the manager called back quickly and had it resolved. This place would be great for young couples that don't have sleeping kids.

It was unclear which building we needed to go to. It was unclear where the entrance was. There was a lobby with check-in, so it looked like a hotel, but VRBO guests did not need to go there

Property was cleaned upon check in but wasn’t overly clean. Several long hairs on the counters and shower left behind. The unit needs a deep clean.

Great place to stay!

Close to everything we needed in the universal studios area! Very clean, plenty of room for all of us. Good water pressure in the shower, plenty of hot water. Overall Internet was good during the week, weekend it slows down sometimes. Pools were really nice, the outside pools close at dusk but the indoor stayed open later. We didn't try the hot tub while we were there. Plenty of parking. The snack bar in the building isn't that great, there's a Chili's right down the road that had great food and great service! The trolley pickup is at both ends of the block in case you don't want to drive and try to find parking. Highly recommend this condo.
