Welcome to our lovely two-bedroom condo located at Legacy Dunes Resort in Kissimmee, just minutes away from Walt Disney World!

Step inside our beautifully decorated apartment and you'll find a cozy living room with an LCD TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the theme parks.

The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed, Roku TV, and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. The second bedroom is themed with two twin beds and Roku TV.

Our fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures with all appliances, pots and pans, dishes, and utensils at your disposal. Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining area or on the screened balcony with seating area.

The condo has two full bathrooms, one in the primary bedroom and another in the hallway. You'll also find a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Nice clean property. Gated community was a plus private balcony backed up to Highway which was a little noisy when sitting outside but could not hear it when inside. Great communication with property owner. Very easy check in and out. Nice pool. Location is within minutes from nice restaurants and 20 minutes to Disney

Was amazing

My family and I stayed here and it was perfect for us. Everyone was friendly. The condo was nice and clean. Perfect size for the 4 of us. Couldn't have worked out any better. Definitely will be going back there to stay there again.

Nice pool area

The condo was a perfect size for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The location of the complex was close to many things we planned to visit. The common pool area and game room area were very nice! The owner quickly replied to my emails whenever I had questions or issues. However, there were things that we were disappointed in. The condo was not super clean. It was adequate. The condo had many carpet stains. We immediately reported that when we checked in and were told that a carpet cleaning would be scheduled AFTER we checked out. So it may be better now. Some of the furniture and baseboards had noticeable dust. After a period of time of having very limited or no wifi, I contacted the owner. I was told that the WiFi system and property gates had been struck by lightning and were being repaired. Other WiFi networks were showing up on our phones and iPads but they all needed passwords. We were advised to choose one of the other networks but none of the three passwords that we were given worked. We had some business to take care of on the laptop since we are both self-employed but the lack of wifi made it impossible. We were informed that the property manager would stop by. We did not see him but he may have come by while we were out. Finally, on the last day of our trip we had working WiFi all day.

Very nice property

Perfect!

We had an amazing experience! The condo was great just as advertised. The owners were extremely responsive and easy to work with. The condo was clean and spacious and felt like home. Slept 6 of us very comfortably. Location was great, usually 15-30 minute drive to Disney World depending on traffic and time of day. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. The Legacy Dunes property was in a very nice gated community with very nice amenities. Club house and pool is nice and well kept. Amazing customer service! We will definitely book this condo again and would recommend to our friends!
