The Space:

Windsor Cay Resort - Stay in this beautiful five-bedroom house with 5.5 bathrooms, complete with high-speed Wi-Fi. The house includes a main suite with king bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, and two additional bedrooms with king-size bed and Queen-size bed, and a room with a bunk be full/twin size bed and a pull over twin bed. We provide 12 towels and a full laundry facility. A Welcome Kit is included. The house is located near Publix, Disney, Premium Outlets, and Universal Studios. If you would like to add the pool heater, please let us know 48 hours before your stay for an additional fee.



*Please note that an additional fee applies for renting the grill. If you would like to use the grill during your stay, please request it in advance.



* Please be aware of Windsor Cay resort's parking policy: Vehicles must be registered upon arrival and only a maximum of 4 vehicles per house is permitted. No other vehicle will be allowed in for that property once the limit is reached. Vehicles parked on the incorrect side of the street will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours. Failure to comply will result in the car being towed.

**BOOKING YOUR STAY:**



We’re excited to welcome you! Just a quick note: you need to be at least 21 years old to make a reservation with us. Please have a valid ID ready when you check in. If you don't have your ID, we won't be able to complete your booking.



**BEFORE CHECKING IN:**



To help us prepare for your visit, please send us a complete guest list with everyone’s first and last names by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before you arrive. If we don’t have this, we won't be able to give you access to the resort.



**POOL AND SPA HEATER:**



Our SPA is connected to the pool and provides a relaxing experience! To enjoy both, you'll need to request the pool heater, which does come with an additional fee. Just a head’s up: it can take up to 24 hours to heat up, so please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival if you’d like to add this to your stay. *The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding.

Just to clarify, the pool and the SPA share the same water temperature, as they are both heated by the same system. We understand that 'SPA' can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it's a relaxing warm water area without hydromassage jets. If you have any questions or need anything else, we’re here to help!"



**IMPORTANT INFORMATION:**

-There is a rental fee for the grill. If you would like to use the grill during your stay, please request it in advance.

- We love a good time, but parties aren't permitted.

- Sorry, no pets allowed.

- We kindly request that you do not smoke indoors. Thank you for your cooperation.

- Remember to request the pool and spa heater if you'd like to use it.

- There’s a small $10 fee for deliveries.

- Just a reminder: USPS doesn’t ship to our address, and we can’t take responsibility for packages left unattended.
