Includes a washer/dryer and kids' items like a Pack-N-Play, stroller and high chair.

The house is perfect for families and groups! With a private pool, a fenced backyard, and plenty of space to relax, it’s your ideal home base near Disney and Orlando’s top attractions.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator with an ice maker (no water dispenser) and a private backyard with a pool. Enjoy the outdoor dining area, relax in the living room, and make yourself at home!

The space is not shared. It’s all yours during your stay.

We give our guests space but are available when needed! You can reach us anytime through the app, text, or phone if you have questions or need assistance. We’re happy to help, but we’ll let you enjoy your stay in peace.

🏡 Important Things to Know Before You Book
Thank you for considering a stay at our house. To make sure your visit is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable, please review the key house rules and policies below:

🏊 Pool Safety & Liability Notice:

Guests use the pool at their own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Swimming and diving can be inherently dangerous activities that carry risks of bodily injury, including but not limited to chemical irritation, impact injuries from jumping or diving, drowning, and electrocution. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times during pool use. By using the pool, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to take all necessary precautions to avoid injury.

If you’re traveling with young children, the pool alarms on all doors and the removable toddler fence help create a safer, more relaxing stay for everyone.

The hot tub uses the same heating system as the pool. When you add pool heat, both the pool and the hot tub will be heated. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $30 per day. The pool will be heated to 88°F from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that we cannot guarantee a comfortable temperature during cold weather. The system will automatically shut off when the outside temperature drops below 45°F. If you would like pool heat, please request it in advance so we can have it ready for your stay.

❄️ Air Conditioning:
The home is equipped with air conditioning. Please keep the thermostat set to no lower than 70°F to maintain efficiency and comfort. Remember to keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running.

🚭 No Smoking / No Pets / No Parties - a $500 fine applies for violations.

No unauthorized pets. If you bring service animals please let us know in advance

Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM — please be respectful of our neighbors.

🦎 Florida Living Comes with a Few Wild Guests!
We love the Florida lifestyle—sunshine, palm trees, and yes, even the wildlife! While we have regular pest control, it’s normal to see insects, lizards, birds, and other critters around.

You might spot a lizard sunning itself or an insect near the door. It’s all part of the charm! To help keep them outside, keep doors and windows closed when not in use.
