**AMENITIES**
The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you could need for your stay. Amenities such as dishwasher soap, washing machine materials, trash bags, sponges, hair shampoo and conditioner, body soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided for first-time use. If more quantities are needed, it will be the guest's responsibility to acquire them.

No extra cost for a high chair and pack 'n play (request prior to arrival).
This house does not have a barbecue. If guests wish to use the barbecue grills, a rental cost of US $85 per week will be applied.

**CLEANING PROCEDURES**
Our professional laundry service is committed to performing high-temperature washes at an industrial, high-quality 5-star laundry facility, ensuring all linens, bed sheets, and pillowcases are free from bacteria. These items are delivered wrapped and sealed, ready to be opened by our guests. The same standard applies to towels, pool towels (if applicable), face towels, and washcloths, which are provided according to the guest capacity of the home, along with extra quantities for added convenience.

A one-time departure cleaning fee applies to all stays. Daily maid service is NOT included; please contact us for pricing if this service is desired.
