Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 12-bedroom house, including the private pool, game room, and all themed bedrooms. Additionally, guests can enjoy access to the amenities within the Bella Vida Resort, such as the clubhouse, fitness center, and community game room. The resort also features an outdoor pool and spa for guest enjoyment. This is a gated community

Hi! Check out Bella Vida, a gated community that's super convenient to the Theme Parks. You'll dig how easy it is to get to all the cool attractions, making your trip awesome and memorable. Plus, there are loads of great places to eat nearby, from casual joints to fancy restaurants, all just a short drive away. And if you need to shop, you'll find everything you need at the nearby shopping centers, from small gifts to everyday stuff. Experience the best of Kissimmee with this perfectly located spot!

Getting Around:

While we recommend renting a vehicle to fully explore Kissimmee and the surrounding areas, ride-sharing services like Uber are readily available as an alternative transportation option.

Pool heat is a separate charge, as well as a pet deposit.

The carpets are clean but have some visible staining from previous use. They are already scheduled for replacement in the near future.
