This vacation rental has attained the prestigious "Grand" status for having a renovated house with an upgraded professional furniture package. This vacation rental has all the comforts of home and more. The kitchen is fully furnished and ideal for those times when it makes sense to dine in, with plenty of seating for everyone to dine together.
When it's time to relax, there is plenty of room to lounge in the private pool or watch movies or just gather to share the stories of the day in the family room. The benefits of having your own private bedroom are sure to please all while having multiple bathrooms will ensure that all can get ready for the day at their own pace. There is also a washer and dryer and FREE wireless high-speed internet for your convenience.

Very clean property. Exactly as posted on VRBO. Lots of space. units have their own pool, but they’re not heated. There is a dedicated parking place right in front of the unit which makes loading and unloading suitcases so easy. You literally walk right into the front front door. The property is part of a complex that has wonderful amenity, including a heated pool, movie, theater, arcade, lots of outdoor games like cornhole and shuffleboard. Very safe. The owner was very easy to deal with. The only checkout requirement was to bring down towels to the laundry area and remove the trash. Very reasonable. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Private pool was broke so that was disappointing since it was why we booked it , home also needs updates photos on Vrbo are not what they have for furniture. Host was quick to respond but could not fix any issues and did refund a small amount for trouble

Extremely nice place that was conveniently located near Disney. Host was fabulous, caring, and quick to respond. Due to a family emergency most of our party could not join us so we only used two bedrooms. The home had very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. However, it would be nice to have at least one roll of toilet tissue for those of us that might arrive late at night. After a long drive it was awful that we couldn’t use the bathroom. We had to rush out to find a restroom and then find a store to purchase toilet tissue. Also, there was one television that we couldn’t get to work but it wasn’t a big deal since we spent most of our time at the Disney parks. I would definitely recommend this place for large families and I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was fast and easy. The house was very clean. The kitchen needs more cooking ware. Not a lot to cook with . My family like to cook . This was the first home I got that we had that problem.I feel we shouldn't have to pay to use the grill. Just some things that we weren't used to. But overall we enjoyed.

Great Place for Large Group

We only had 5 people so never seemed crowded. Place would be great for two or even three families. We hit a very slow week but could see where parking could become a bit crazy if every house had 3 or 4 cars. The unit had everything we needed, very clean, resort pool area very nice except receptionist really seemed to hate her job. FYI if you get packages delivered during your stay they charge 10 per package for renters. DIL had two packages delivered, went to receptionist and asked for the packages, told they haven't been officially in processed het, DIL said I can see them right there, my name is on them. She was told to come back in an hour. She returns and Ms. Miserable hands here one package and said come back later for the 2 nd one as it hasn't been received yet. At this point DIL goes a little off and leaves with her 2 packages. I think it was her "blue" eyes that did it......Property very clean, front gate security team was great. Highly recommend.

Rough Beginning but Satisfied Overall

Our trip got off to a rough start due to the property not being cleaned ahead of our check in time. Spent the entire week working with Property Management and the Host to come to a settlement regarding the first 24 hours at the property. I was very satisfied with the outcome and was very appreciative of the apologies from both the Host and Property Management about our concerns. The property was what our group of 6 needed since we spent all the days away at both Disney and Universal. There may need to be some upgrades to the beds and blinds on the front bedroom window but overall we were satisfied with the property.

Family Vacation

The location was excellent for us. The house served the purpose for our group of ten. It could use a little cosmetic work here and there. The resort was very nice. The kids loved the pool. I would recommend this place to stay.
