***While this home is pet-friendly, not all pets are accepted. There is a MAXIMUM of 2 pets, a maximum WEIGHT LIMIT of 30 LBS. There are no exceptions. Every pet requires:


• PET FEE: $150 per pet, per 28 nights. This fee is not refundable and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.


• Refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 per pet. This fee is refundable based on the condition of the home after checkout and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.


• A completed screening with Pet Profile (link will be shared after booking)


• Proof of valid rabies vaccination

The unit was clean and smelled fresh. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Location was excellent. Many excellent choices of restaurants, groceries, everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Overall it was an okay experience. It was conveniently close to Disney and the unit was nicely updated. However, my family and I needed early access and possibly a late check out d/t flight and travel times. We gave the required amount of notice for this request but were denied both due to the “holiday” which made it very inconvenient for us. Also the pool and hot tub were closed for our entire stay as we were told they were adding chemicals into the water. We had planned our last day to enjoy the pool area but were unable. And, although the unit was clean there was an unusual odor to it. And our comforter had stains on it. The property company was very good with responding to messages and keeping us updated with emails. This VRBO unit had what we were looking for this stay in the Orlando area but we will not stay here again.

Would definitely stay here again

The unit pool and gym were excellent. Nice secluded area away from the hustle and bustle with natural conservation areas surrounding it. The property manager helped me out with a pet deposit cancellation as a courtesy and this kindness was very much appreciated.

Spring Break Trip

We had a wonderful time. The condo was in a great location for us as we went to Legoland in Winter Haven, Sea World in Orlando and Busch Gardens in Tampa. The property had great amenities and the Champions Gate development had plenty of good restaurants and services.

Great Condo

Very, very nice, place. Spacious, 3 bedrooms, nice patio - beautiful table and furnishings. 3rd floor with short stairs or elevator if desired. We came for the pool, a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive. Huge gorgeous pool, with cabanas and many chairs, surrounded by trees and full bar and grill right there. Location close to Disney and very close to restaurants and grocery. FYI, for owner, we ran out of toilet paper and there was a garbage bag near our front door during the stay. Final thought, the place was very low priced but had usual host fee, etc. and we were asked/directed to run dishwasher, throw out garbage, etc. What are the fees for if not those duties?

Winter Trip

The condo is just beautiful! Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The condo is in the back of the property so it is very quiet! You can walk to many restaurants or the grocery store. Loved our time there.

This is a nice and cozy condo. Very clean. The only cons were that the water smelled so bad of sulfur it was almost unbearable to shower in. It was also very musty smelling so all our clothes smelled of must when we left the unit. We did not get to use the pool as it was too cold however it looked very nice.

Tuscany at ChampionsGate

The Place is safe, as it is in a gated community. Modernly upgraded, very clean, large sized TV. When I’m inside the place, I honestly feel like I’m inside a hotel, but with so much more perks. I highly recommend using this place. Overall excellent, and I’m glad I had booked it.

The property was really nice and clean, we did not take advantage of the pool or gym there that’s on us, the pictures looked nice. I asked for a 2 bedroom the property was actually a 3 bedroom. The property is really close to Disney it seemed like we did not go. So if your a large family going to Disney this place checks the boxes.

Nice Stay for Disney Parks

Nice and convenient location to visit the Disney and surrounding Orlando parks. Clean and well maintained. You will need to bring your own cooking seasoning/oil etc. Public market for groceries, gas, restaurants all close by.

Staying here gave me great comfort at the most difficult time.

Unlike most, my 2 adult children and I came to Florida from NH to say goodbye to a loved one on life support. It was an agonizing 5 days but each night we would come back to this condo and feel comforted by this home away from home. There is no better way to describe it. I am so grateful to have found this beautiful home to help us through the most difficult time of our lives. ♥️

Stressful check in but worked out smooth after

Booked this resort & after booking I asked the host some questions & never got a response. A week after booking which was my flight date & a day before check in. I received an email from iTrip since this host has it connected as a 3rd party. They stated my credit card came back red flagged as fraud & they required me to send some documents over which were IDS to verify credit card holder and booking person. Also that if I didn’t send all these things they would cancel the booking. I sent that over to them and then they asked to send them selfies holding the IDS . The selfies were a bit too much as I was currently on the plane and couldn’t because I also had my toddler with me. I understood the requirements to send to them but it was very unprofessional to email me about it ONE day before check in. All these documents were sent by 12pm and they took forever to respond back with the check in information that I should have gotten a few days after booking. Their phone number to contact them also kept saying “number not in service” after attempting to contact several times. Every-time I book a resort they give information in advance, including the code for entrance. This host sent all the important information about the resort and rules ONE hour before check in. Some lamps did not work in some of the rooms and crumbs of some sort were in the dining chairs. Overall the place was okay & comfortable and secluded in the back as it is the very last building of the resort.

The apartment had everything you needed. It was very clean and modern. We were a family of four with two grown up children so the three bedrooms were great. They each had their own space, double bed and tv in their rooms. Much better than a one room, one bathroom hotel accommodation which we have stayed in the last time we came to Florida. The open plan worked really well when preparing meals and the washing machine/dryer were brilliant to have. There were games in the tv cabinet should you wish to use them and plenty of towels in a room off the main bedroom. There wasn’t a wardrobe in the main room - probably because this was used as a towel/bed linen store. We have stayed at Tuscana Resort before in the block next to the pool. We were worried this might be a walk away from reception and the pool but it was only a five minute walk. Our son and daughter used the gym most days and the pool was very good. The staff in the pool bar were lovely and helpful. We really liked the apartment and it exceeded our expectations. The photos you see here are exactly how the apartment is in real life. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Tuscana. Located next to the I-4 so easy to get to the parks, worth noting that there was a lot of traffic so your time to universal studios may be an additional 20 mins or so. We always left during rush hour to get to the parks early so expected this. There is a Publix close by, Chilis and other restaurants.
