Great property

Very pleased with the property it looked exactly like the photos. Very clean, the property manager was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. A simple information packet would have been helpful with regards to trash, clubhouse, and responsibilities for checking out however was easy to figure out. Over all great experience would definitely rent this property again.

Easy trip

The house was clean and there were enough towels (pool and bath) for the 5 of us. The kitchen was not set up for lots of cooking, but is had what you need for basics minus a spatula. The beds were very soft, so if you like that - this house will work for you. The outdoor area was cozy clean and relaxing. The Oasis Club house was only a short walk away and delightful. The gym had everything you would need and the pool and poolside bar/restaurant was great. Thanks for everything.

Great place to relax and hang with family

This was a great place to relax and we really enjoyed the clubhouse with lazy river and water slide. One thing to note: this listing does not provide any toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap and items like that. We were traveling by plane and unexpectedly needed to go buy those items once we arrived. Other places we have stayed have at least given a few of these items to get you started.

Overall a good stay

Pros: Clean, large enough, heated pool got very warm. Cons: Property management never fixed dishwasher despite us calling about it so we went without one for the majority of our stay. The pool area was cleaned a whole day before we left and they took all the kids' pool toys causing lots of tears.

Holiday getaway

Property looked exactly like the pictures, however cleaning service was not the best . There was clumps of hair on the shower walls not mines and for a house that size (5) bedrooms there should as at least two irons and boards. Otherwise it was great abd I would recommend to others.

The water heater did not put out hot water, there was a stopper in the sink to be able to wash dishes, the dishwasher was broken, and it took over an hour to be able to get through security because they didn’t put the reservation in the computer right.

Absolutely loved this property and the amenities! Great location! Super cool on site water park! Short drive to Orlando and about an hour drive to Cocoa beach. My family plans to return to Champions Gate

The place was not clean

There was Blood on the leaning that we got they definitely did not wash it and it didn't smell like it was washed they were cheap to give us liquid soap even though it's COVID-19 and they should give us .

Amazing experience!

This was one of the nicest houses we have stayed in. Very well decorated. Cleaned, comfortable, and very relaxing. It looks like it was recently built since all fixtures are like new! I really enjoyed staying in this house!

NOT REALLY Poorly Managed and Maintained Property Horrible Experience

Let me start off by saying I know these are new rental properties and nothings going to be perfect. With that being said, there are some things that should not have been overlooked like the pile of trash left behind at the front door from previous renters; globs of hair left in the corner, crubs underneath and on top of sofa; broken blinds in bathroom; broken decorations in kitchen; water filter in refrigerator overdue for change. I contacted the Property Manager/Broker Jose who was very apologetic and even showed up to try right the wrongs pointed out. However he showed up unannounced and just entered the property without acknowledging himself. I Didn't know he was coming or that he was there until I heard his voice and came down stairs to see him talking to my 62 year old mother who was looking confused to see a stranger entering our rental. Again I did not know he was coming nor did I know he was entering the property unannounced. Pictures available. And on top of that cleaning crew showed up an hour earlier than our scheduled check and tried to enter unannounced as well.

Lovely, modern and a stones throw from the resort.

This home is so clean and sleek. Plenty of rooms for all to have peace and quiet. It was literally five minutes from the convention at Champions Gate Omni, so very conveniently located. The community itself was very clean and nicely tended to. We will definitely stay again.
