Other things to note
This is a licensed resort-style vacation/tourist home intended to provide living accommodation to the travelling or vacationing public or occupied for a seasonal or temporary period. Guests are expected to have their permanent residential addresses (proof will be required before access to the property is granted to occupants for long-term stays).

Breakfast:
The following will be available for you to have breakfast: bread, eggs, noodles, spaghetti, coffee, oats, cereals, chocolate/tea, sugar, and milk.

Note that we do not cook for our guests.

Capacity:
With effect from January 1, 2024, only 8 people can be in this space between 10 pm and 7 am, in line with the new regulation by the City of Orillia.

Taxation:
My prices include a 13% sales tax, which can be deducted from your sales tax payable. I can provide my HST number when needed.
