In this great holiday region you can count on at least 300 sunny days a year. The clean, well-kept sandy beaches are certified with the 'blue flag' and can be reached quickly from Casa Puschner. Children will find plenty of play and gymnastics equipment on the beach, which will delight and occupy them and let their parents relax.
Our top renovated holiday home (quattro construction) is located in Villamartin (Orihuela Costa, approx. 55 km from Alicante airport), directly above the 18-hole 'Campo de Golf Villamartin' in a very nice and well-kept complex with community pool (is about 450m from the house) and with a locked parking lot. The windows are equipped with fly screens.
The holiday home can sleep up to 5 people.
In the house there are 2 satellite TV (flat screen) with German programs on the first floor TV with internet and keyboard, safe, DVD player and radio with CD player.
Free Wi-Fi is also available in the complex.

It is only 4 kilometers from the sea and is in a quiet location. You can reach the house and the garden via a few steps. It offers privacy, the community pool belonging to the complex offers enough space to relax. It is particularly suitable for children - our children love it.

The area offers a wide range of activities or just to 'just' switch off. There are many beautiful beaches that are very easy to reach by car.
Restaurants, small markets and bars at Villamartin Plaza can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Important for guests who want to spend the winter: We have installed a new front door fully glazed with safety glass so that it is lighter and warmer. We had an infrared heater installed in the living room. For a pleasant warmth especially good for allergy sufferers. Be aware that the houses in Spain in general are mostly not equipped with central heating and that living in them can easily be perceived as cool. The house is not south-facing, as we made sure that the house did not heat up in the summer months.

Gemütliches Haus und tolle Vermieter

Die Kommunikation hat von Anfang an hervorragend funktioniert. Herr Puschner ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, dem stets daran gelegen ist, dass seine Mieter sich in seinem Objekt wohlfühlen. Auf Fragen wurde direkt und umgehend geantwortet und nach Lösungen gesucht. Wir durften sogar einen Tag früher anreisen und dies komplett unentgeltlich. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Vor allem die Küche verfügt über genügend Geschirr, große Töpfe, Gewürze und viele Küchengeräte. Auch waren bereits Reinigungsmittel, Müllbeutel, Kühlakkus und eigentlich alles was man für den Alltag einer Familie braucht, in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Haben dies selten so gut vorgefunden in anderen Häusern.Auch für Hundebesitzer bestens zu empfehlen, da das Grundstück eingefriedet ist und unsere Lucy sich frei bewegen konnte.Wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt und können nur 5 Sterne vergeben, da diese absolut gerechtfertigt sind.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und der Familie Puschner alles Gute.

Ik vond het super fijn en veilig voor de kinderen ze hebben heerlijk genoten van het zwembad en de tuin. Er om heen is veel te doen winkels restaurants stranden en ga zo maar door! Zker aanrader en zal zeker nog een keer daar willen gaan. Mijn kinderen hebben oprecht genoten.

Summer 2023

We had an amazing time in Villa Martin this summer, the villa was perfect, the location is exactly what we were looking for, the pool is lovely and just a few minutes walk. The check in/check out was so easy, the key holder was extremely flexible which accommodated our late arrival and early departure. We did have a car and so spent lots of days relaxing at the beach too and the La Zenia Boulevard is only 5 minutes away in the car. We spent most nights at the Villa Martin square, where there are so many great restaurants you’re spoiled for choice. The square is within walking distance which was perfect, about 5 minutes. Overall we’d give the Villa and our holiday 10/10.

TOP Ferienhaus, absolut empfehlenswert

Mit unseren beiden Hunden haben wir hier 8 wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine Ausstattung die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Objekt durch die geschlossene Anlage mit 5 Häusern sehr ruhig, da am Garten nur die Bewohner der Anlage vorbeikommen. Ein gutes Gefühl gab uns auch der zur Anlage gehörende abgeschlossene Parkplatz, da wir mit dem eigenen Auto angereist sind. Der großzügige Garten ist ebenfalls sehr liebevoll gestaltet und verfügt neben den Sitzgelegenheiten auch über Sonnenliegen und einen Gasgrill. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Highly recommended

During our search for a house in the Southern Costa Blanca we (two adults and two small dogs) stayed here for 8 weeks (Sep- Oct 2021). The quad house in Villamartin was in a gated community with secure parking and a short walk from the car park to the property. It was a 5-minute walk to the communal pool which was very clean, well maintained and had both paved and grassed areas. As is usual in Spain, the water is not heated and you will need to take your own loungers. The house was walking distance to local amenities such as Villamartin Plaza with its shops and a large choice of restaurants. We can highly recommend the Chinese. It was also a short drive to the shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard, local blue flag beaches and golf courses. The house also has easy access to the N332 and the AP7 for travel throughout the region. The steps down to the property lead into the garden where there is an outdoor dining area with a BBQ and loungers. The large balcony accessible from both bedrooms on the first floor and a roof terrace on the 2nd floor are ideal to enjoy the outdoors. As it’s north facing there was less sun in the garden and terraces from the middle of October onwards. The specification of the property was very accurate and we had everything we needed for our stay. All bedrooms, two doubles and one single included built in wardrobes. We only used the double bedroom on the first floor and the bed was extremely comfortable. As I had to work during our stay we used the single bedroom as an office. It worked well but the internet signal was quite slow and a little inconsistent. We had excellent communication with the owners throughout together with the local manager who lives a few doors away and was always available to provide support and local knowledge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Maison de vacances familial agréable

Maison agréable et géographiquement calme. Très bien équipée et la proximité avec la piscine communautaire et les commerces tout à fait honorable. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire et l’accueil et l’écoute de Simon pendant le séjour est très appréciable. Les petits bémols : la wifi communautaire et non privée donc gros problème de connexion et la chambre du bas, vibration de la climatisation sur le mur pouvant être gênant pour dormir.

La casa se encuentra bien ubicada en un entorno de campos de golf y urbanizaciones. La zona es muy tranquila u cuenta con diversos servicios de supermercados, gasolineras farmacias y restaurantes de gran calidad.

More positives than negatives

Inside the property it is extremely well looked after and very well stocked with all essentials needed for cooking, cleaning, sleeping,washing etc. However outside the property the furniture was extremely uncomfortable, considering that you spend more time outside than you do inside. It was very hard to relax outside unless you laid down on a sun bed. There are a number of very deep steps leading down to the property so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The whole complex has a number of steps and the swimming pool is a distance from the property also uphill and there were no chairs by the pool and none to take to the pool. It would have been quite hard to carry chairs to the pool and back in such high temperatures. We strongly recommend a having a car as the walk to the local shops might only take 10-15 minutes to walk but in the high temperatures it was a difficult task especially with shopping. Overall we enjoyed our stay barring the above

Super gepflegtes und sauberes Haus. Nett eingerichtet, bis ins Detail sehr stimmig, auch der Vorgarten. Alles da, was man benötigt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.
